Berger's Table Pad Factory

The custom table pad is thick and protects the table. This table is one I just had refinished and the table pad protects it beautifully. It is also easy to fold up and fold away when not needed. I also purchased some place mats that have the sane protection. I am very pleased with the quality.

We used the new pads the weekend of 18 April 2015. They fit the table exactly.

I have old table pads protecting my existing table. However they were getting very old and worn. The table I had has odd rounded edges which are hard to match. They did an excellent job creating the pads for a custom fit. The quality is great as well. The magnetic system that they use allows the pads to not slide all over. The only issue we had was when we measured and selected the color was hard to get the actual color from the small sample paper with many other samples on the same page. The actual color seem to be different from what we thought we ordered. Unfortunately it is a little more red than we anticipated. The quality is great the color is not terrible just not quite the shade that we expected. I am not sure if this is due to the fact that it was printed on paper and not an actual sample tile or just different from what we expected.

They did what they said they would do, I'm happy. Looks good.

I'm hoping that I can return the pattern, which I haven't touched, and get my money back. I found a local company the makes the same thing for only $69!

They sent a kit to use to measure the table the way they needed. Then we had a thorough telephone conversation about my measurements. I wanted something special and they talked me through what I wanted so it would be clear to them and they would not make any mistakes. (The pad is made in two pieces so it can fit into a reasonable shipping container. The two pieces, for me, had to cover the table with only one leaf in it, not with two leaves in it. That is what they needed to be clear about.) The result is terrific. They made the corners so they match my table's corners, the pad is plenty thick and the cover of the pad is easy to clean and very durable. Because I sew and weave on that table I especially need good padding in order to do my crafts without damaging the table top.)

The service was great. I received the package about two weeks later after I purchased the Big Deal. The total cost was the $199 Big Deal purchase amount. It was fine. I like the tablepads and it got here safely. It was a little slow, but that is okay. I thought the price was very reasonable. I probably would not use them again in the future because I cannot imagine wanting another one. There is nothing against the provider just the service.

They sent a measuring form for our table which was easy to use. We sent the measurements in and received the table pads within the time frame that was promised. The pads fit the table perfectly and look very nice.

The curves on the end pieces were perfect fit. The pad is a very good quality. I wasn't sure about having separate pieces for the table leaves, but now I'm glad they are. It makes it much more versatile. It has proven excellent for my art projects when I need a big space. The 4 separate pieces allows me different configurations according to my project. The storage bag as a small extra cost, but also well worth it. It allows me to storage it my garage which is the closet non-house space closest to my dining room. An excellent purchase especially with Angie's special deal!!

The service worked out really well and the company was responsive. Everything went very nicely and we are very happy with the product and service. I was very happy with everything they provided for us and the pad is very good.

It went very well. I thought our table was rectangular so didn't trace the table on the paper Berger sent to us. I just provided the length and width of the table and the extra leaf. However, the edges of the tab were rounded. Berger called me and gave me specifics so I could send a picture of an edge they used to make the corners exact. Received the table pads about a week ago and they fit perfectly. The magnetic edges also work very well as they keep the two main pieces together and the leaf also, if it is being used. The quality of the table pads is high. The colors of the top and bottom of the pads is true to the samples. This was a very satisfactory experience and an exact and quality product.

I ordered these pads by telephone, although the company does also provide a kit for the customer to draw a pattern for needed pads. The customer rep was knowledgeable and asked good questions. Delivery took about four weeks.

It went fine. I have owned more plush looking covers, but that was decades ago.

I have returned to update my review for Burger's Table Pad factory. I received a return call yesterday from the company. The woman explained that the previous employee that I had communicated with had left the company and that they have been trying to catch up with communications that have been left hanging. I was able to resend adjusted measurements so that the factory will make the corrected sizes for the extensions and sideboard pads. It turns out it had been my error on writing down the wrong measurement. I will pay the extra amount to get the right size. I am satisfied and appreciate having received a response back from the company.

I traced my table corners using the pattern provided by company then measured my table with and without leaf. Company made the pads and they fit perfectly. I don't recall the price but it wasn't too much at all.

This company should be the customer service role model for all others! The table pad was a gift for my daughter, whose new table was a non-standard shape. The staff at Berger's went beyond expectations in communicating with both me and my daughter to make certain the finished product was perfect. It is! If you need anything this company manufactures...go for it! You won't be disappointed!

Smooth. Called a couple times to Provide Dimensions and Verify that the Dimensions Provided were Correct. Called as well to verify shipment of the Table Pads. Service Representatives were Courteous and Professional. They were quite busy with a Number of Orders courtesy of the Angies List "Big Deal", and so the Business over the Winter Holidays was Exceptionally Busy (also related to some weather related issues on the east coast- midwest during the Thanksgiving-Christmas Period) that interfered with shipping. Any delays in receiving the items from the time that the order was placed were mostly related to weather related concerns. Thanks.
