The kit with instructions arrived in just a few days. Easy instructions and I sent the completed patterns back to them. Received the very nice table pads in a very timely manner and they are great. Very well made!

This is the second time I have used this company with one of the AL Big Deals. Once again, the cover was perfectly matched and made. I am very pleased and will recommend this company to anyone who needs their services.

Shortly after purchasing the special offer, Berger sent a packet of information that provided instructions and a guide for tracing the table's exact dimensions. It was all very clear and easy to complete. I sent the tracing back to them, they called me within a couple of days to assure they correctly understood my instructions for the pads for the table leafs. I received the finished table pads very quickly. My table has slight curves on two sides, so I was a bit apprehensive about how the pads would fit. They were a perfect fit, and well made. I was very pleased.

Everything went extremely well. I am very pleased, and I am picky. The pads fit perfectly. The person making my pads even emailed to clarify something I had omitted from the instruction sheet. A wonderful experience ??

Received the measuring and ordering packet in the mail. Measured table and buffet then made a trace of the edge pattern. Sent in my order sheet and a very nice table and buffet pad arrived a few weeks later. Excellent product so far. Definitely worth the couple of upgrades I added. Would recommend if you are looking for solid protection for a dining table or any other piece of flat furniture.

This is a great company, very careful and thorough. I inherited a dining room table built in 1809 for my six-times great-grandfather. In its basic configuration, it's 54" across, but it also has four leaves, each 19" wide. (There is nothing standard about this table.) The folks at Berger guided me through the process, kept me from buying more bags than I needed for the leaves and pads, and did a terrific job every step of the way. They were a little slow in producing the pads - I think they might have been slightly overwhelmed by the response to the offer, and I was a little slow getting back to them with answers to some questions - but I have no complaints. It would have been easy to mess up an order like this one, but they were outstanding in every aspect. I plan to go back to them soon for some tablecloths for my unusual but very special table.

As simple as instructions were, I had a hard time understanding them. When I finally got I sent my info. I was called and told I didn't send in sample of edging from tables corner. I must have misunderstood. I thought i didn't have to for rectangle tables. Regardless the caller was very polite and helped me help them by instructing me how to take a pic with a card from wallet, (i used a rewards card) and how to place card at corner and snap a picture and email it. When he received I got a confirmation it was and was a good pic for them to make the pad. I did end up calling back because it seemed to take longer than 3 weeks, when i did, again they were very polite, and it turned out it was already on route to me.

Great service. Very simple process, really, and we ended up with two pads that fit the table perfectly and another for the extension leaf. Very nice quality. We've been meaning to get pads for a long time, but the cost always seemed to outweigh the benefits. This was right on the mark for us.

It went well. I was nervous about my own measurements. But the tabletop and extension piece are great.

I purchased a Big Deal for table pads from Berger's. They sent me a package that included directions on how to draw a template of my table, select colors for front and back of pads, and additional items I could purchase. I communicated my questions through Angie's List Messages. They were quick and helpful with their responses. When I received the pads, I put them on my table, and they fit perfectly!

TERRIBLE!!! This company made my table pads to the wrong specifications, then blamed me. Pads were not only wrong size, but defective (bumps in surface). Call backs are responses to emails about the problems took weeks... unacceptable. I was FINALLY offered a refund but only if I pay return shipping. I have just disputed the charge. I have already wasted too much time on all of this, I'll let my bank handle it.

I not only ordered the table pad an leafs, but I also ordered the table pad protective storage bag, the extension protective storage bag, 4 placemat pad and the protective storage bags for those. The cost of my extra ordering was 92.30 bringing my original 199 to a new total of 291.30. I LOVE THE PADS. They match my table PERFECTLY. The color I picked is a little more brown than the red hue of my cherry table but that is fine with me. When entertaining it will be covered with a table cloth and when not it matches close enough. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND THEIR BEAUTIFUL THICK AND WONDERFUL PADS. I sent my measurements and template back and got an email for measurement clarification right away. I sent an email right back and we resolved whatever I had done incorrectly. The pads were delivered about a week later. WONDERFUL PADS AND A WONDERFUL COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.

I just received the pads and and am very pleased with fit/quality. I would definitely recommend them.

Fine. They actually double shipped. I called to tell them of their error and they told me to keep the extra set, free.

The entire process from start to finish was easy. The final product was delivered in a timely manner and fit my dining room table perfectly.

I bought a Big Deal for $199 and added 2 storage bags for leaves which were about $25 each. I received by mail an easy to follow packet and template for measuring the table and leaves. There were many colors and finishes to choose from. I chose one that matches my table. It seems like it took about 3 weeks to get the pads. They are great, very good quality, and fit perfectly. The leaf storage bags are also very good and large enough to hold the leaves and the leaf table pads. I got the table pads, plus 2 leaf pads for the $199 which I think is an excellent deal.

The process was easy and the product is excellent. The table pad is very well made and there were many choices of colors. Excellent service, too.

It went very well - the order process was simple, the documents and instructions on measuring were on time, and very easy to follow. The pads arrived when they said they would, and the quality is great. This has been one of those 'to do's' that I never got around to researching and doing, so when it popped up on Angies List, I thought I'd give it a shot -and glad I did. I can now toss that hand cut piece of felt I've been using when the table needs protection :)

Our table pad was shipped from the provider to our home and it arrived during the specified time frame. The pad itself is slightly thicker than I had anticipated, but is working out just fine. It looks great and I am so happy to finally have our wood table top covered.

I was disappointed that they advertised they would send someone to my home to get exact measurements and instead I received a template with instructions through the mail to measure it myself. I didn't measure correctly so the pads are about 2" too long. It took a long time to receive the template in the mail and I had to call to request. However, the table pads are excellent, well made and better than I expected (except a bit too long). Other than the bad measurement (my fault), I am pleased with the product. The employee who handled the phone calls was very professional and she explained the delays to me in a professional manner.

Great price, easy process and actually better than I thought they would be for the price!
