They sent the color choices and directions promptly. I was a little nervous about doing the measuring and making a pattern without assistance so procrastinated a bit. Once I sent in the order details I had hoped I would hear back with an estimated delivery time, but that didn't happen. However, I was in no hurry, so I didn't even really pay attention to how long it took. Maybe a few weeks. Not sure.

Couldn't be better! The rounded corners of the large pads were perfect. Unfortunately, I measured the width of the leaves incorrectly, I called them when I discovered my mistake. They were very gracious and helpful. They remade the three leaves for $60 and comped the shipping.

After the confusion the pad was delivered. I love it I would use them again. luate the outside perimeter.

I was concerned because this was a measure it yourself deal. I shouldn't have been. The company called and had me send photos of the table edge so the pad would fit properly. It fits great and looks great!

Fit and look excellent. Vinyl got a little discolored when a warm French press coffeemaker was set on top of it. Was able to clean/remove by using Amourall.

I got a deal from Berger about their table pad and just in time for my new dining room set. I didn't have time to set the template due to a new baby in the house. A few months later, they still honored my deal! WOW! I sent it in and they made the pad pretty quick. Shipping was fine and the fit was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone! Truly a good company to work with. A++

There was an issue with the color match to the sheet provided with the kit. I contacted customer service, and their representative, Elaine, promptly and courteously responded and expedited a replacement pad of the correct color. The quality is great, and their customer service representative, Elaine, is outstanding. The pad quality is excellent, and is made to the exact dimensions. A great value to protect our table.

Beautiful table pad that fits perfectly!

They make the process very easy. Colors are true. Template for measuring was spot on. I have an oval table. The pads stay in place so nice on the table with magnets at the seams! I also bought protectors for the pads for storage.

We ordered a custom Table Pad for our Dinning room table. The directions to trace the table edge was clear and concise and the Pad was a perfect fit!

It turned out very well. They were very accommodating, and they delivered as promised, and they were very forthright. They manufacture in making protective pads for tables. It wasn't as if they came to my home and did any service, they had to get me to send them a picture, and a template of the table, and then they make the pad from that. They were very proactive. There was something that I was ordering that wasn't correct, and they called to let me know it would be cost effective to not do what I was doing, and so they proactively they called to save me money basically.

Quality work and great customer service. Easy to follow instructions for the template and pads fit perfectly. Table pads look great! Ordered extra items and love them too. All arrived quickly and were good quality; however, had some damage caused by the shipping company. Contacted Mark Ivan in customer service who immediately shipped an entire new set. Those pads were also slightly damaged. Again Mark shipped a third set. I was astonished and delighted with customer service and quality of the product. It's hard to find a company with a quality product and fantastic customer service!! Definitely will use Berger Table Pads again.

I measured my table with the template they sent me, and sent dimensions as well as color preferences back to them. My order came back on time and it fit perfectly. I am very pleased with the product quality and customer service!

They manufactured the table pad in 100% conformity with the template we gave them. We are very happy with the pad. It is quality material and looks great on our table.

Company was given measurements for my dining room table. Two of the pads were measured incorrectly and the wrong pads were sent to me. I called the company to explain the wrong measurements and gave new measurements for the end piece and one other piece. The end piece then sent to me was wrong again.

Delivery was slow. Minor irregularities. Fits well. Magnetic connections are excellent

Table pads and storage sleeves are very high quality. Everything fits perfectly and I love the magnetic seams. Time of delivery was spot on and very timely. Overall we're extremely pleased!
