They provide a kit with clear instructions to measure. In addition to the the dining table pads I also purchased pads for a sideboard, storage bags for all the pads and a storage bag for the table leafs. I received a call to clarify a part of my order and the order was received quickly. The pads are high quality and I am very happy with this purchase.

It was a great experience. I worked with Laura at Berger's and she was great. I was slow to respond several times with the measurements of my table. She also let me know that I was eligible for a pad for the leaf in my table - which I was not aware of. As soon as I got Laura all the info she needed she finalized my order. I received the pad shortly thereafter. It fits my table really well. Great customer service, quick process, fine product. I would definitely recommend to someone looking to protect their table!

The quality of the work was good, but the service was spotty. At times we had to re-send information, and then they lost track of the order, so that delivery of the pads was delayed. We wound up with two sets, suggesting that perhaps one set had been made, lost, and then re-discovered. We did not need to return the additional set.

Everything turned out fine. When it first arrived, it was damaged in the shipping. It took them quite a while to get something back to us, or even to call me back when I wrote to them. But then, once they got the ball rolling, it went very quickly. It took them probably about a month to even get back to me. The price was very good. Once somebody actually did speak with me, they were very responsive. They were pretty professional when I spoke to them. I just think that they were light on manpower.

They were good. They were great. I had an unusually big order and they got a little mixed up, but other than that I am very, very happy with the product. It’s kind of a unique thing and they do it and it’s a great product.

I thought it was good idea that I had to draw outline of the table so it can fit perfectly. However, my mom didn't like the way what it was. So I had to cancel the service and got a full refund without any problems. I'll probably use this provider if I have a chance in the future.

Received my packet, but our house sold and I couldn't do the drawing of the table before the house was packed up and put into storage. By the time everything was delivered to our new home, 4 months had passed. I called to make sure the deal was still good. The edge of our table is beveled and not flat, so there were several calls from Berger's to make sure measurements were correct and what I wanted.

We placed the order and in a timely manner we received a template kit. The instructions how to measure and/or trace the table was very concise. We returned the template kit and received the custom pad in a few weeks as promised. When the pads (one for each end and two for the two leaves) arrived, it fit perfectly. Since we have angled corners on the table, I was a little concerned about that but it fit perfectly (including the angled corners). Definitely worth the low price, and the quality was good.

Table pads were correctly sized and well made. They took a little longer than I expected but that's probably normal for a custom item. They forgot part of my order, though. There was no packing information to let me know what had happened to the remaining items, although my check had cleared. I had to call and remind them that part of my order.

We bought a big deal for $199 through Angie's List and Berger's sent a kit for measuring and ordering our table pads. There were a number of different color/pattern designs, and upon request, they promptly sent us as many samples (swatches) as we wanted. We got a pad for our 54" round table, plus pads for our three 12" leaves as part of the deal. We also bought storage bags for the leaves and got one for the pads as well. All in all we are very happy with the quality and service!

I followed the instructions and made a pattern which I submitted, and they sent the table pads.

It went very well. Perfect fit and excellent quality. The only issue was that the fake wood finish looks fake. I would have preferred a solid brown color.

I've wanted these for years but thought they were expensive. The price was right so I decided to buy them. They mailed a kit, requesting measurements and a tracing of the table edge. They did a great job getting the shape of the table correct. They sent the wrong leaf size (20" versus the 12" requested) but when I called them, they sent out the correct leaf pads right away. I like the magnetic feature and I think this is a great deal! Thanks!

Berger's did a wonderful job for a very reasonable price. The directions they sent to measure the table and the three extensions were clear and easy to follow. I had a questions regarding the third extension, and my question was answered with courtesy and helpful assistance. The pads were sent to me in a timely manner; I was surprised at how quickly the order was filled. The pads arrived in good condition, as they were packed correctly to protect them in shipping. After I ordered and received the information packet, I submitted my drawing and details as requested. I received a call to clarify and they were wonderful. I was impressed with there follow through by calling with questions and the end results. I would highly recommend this company if you cherish your dining room set or want additional items to protect your tables and/or extensions.
