Excellent quality and fit, color. Couldn't be better!

We're happy with the table pad in the end, but it was kind of a pain to deal with the seller. They sent us some stuff, and the samples they send are printed on paper. In their material they say to call and they'll send more samples. We did, asking for a couple we thought would work best, and they said they'd ship them. After a while we had to call back, and they sent us samples but not what we asked for. After this kind of run around went on for a few weeks we finally got the samples we wanted and ordered them. From then out, it went fine (kind of - they sent us the wrong size extender - their fault not ours - but after a call they sent us the correct sized replacement).

The only problem with this order was the slowness of the US Post Office. The vendor sends out a measuring package in a large envelope through the mail. This took over a week to arrive. Because I wanted to give this product as a Christmas gift, I paid to send it back overnight. (cost 20$). This was my choice. I also paid up to expedite shipping of the table pad. It all arrived as promised. It fit perfectly. I had ordered one from a competitor for my daughter last year (Guardian Table Pads). This item cost almost twice as much.I am very happy with the purchase.

The provider sent a quick response to my purchase of the deal and soon a packet arrived for me with instructions for measuring my table and taking a pattern of top. I did the required pattern and filled out the order form. A few weeks later a perfecting fitting magnetic table pad arrived at my door. It has been in constant use since.

I bought this as a gift for my daughter-in-law last Christmas(2014) and she had the pads made in the spring. The quality is very good and they were made to the specifacations sent in. The one thing to know is you must do the measuring and be very exact as the pads are made to the template that you mail in.

I purchased a "deal of the day" for a quality table top pad for our formal dining room table. The supplier acknowledge via email with in 48 hours and confirmed my contact information. They mailed me a kit to pick out my finish and backing of the pad. The kit also included detailed but simple procedures for measuring and making an etching of the table. My table is rectangular, so I didn't have to make an etching, but it would be simple to do on any corners, rounded or otherwise. The pad arrived at the home earlier than we expected and exactly as described and ordered.

An outstanding experience! After ordering the voucher, I received a measuring/template kit with instructions, along with an order form. I contacted Berger's customer service to explain that the table itself was being custom made and had not yet been delivered. Jackie informed me that there would be no problem. When my table was finally delivered the week before Thanksgiving, I again contacted Berger's to ask if they could guarantee that if I paid the extra $30 for rush delivery, they could get me the table pads before Thanksgiving. Again, Jackie quickly responded that they would do their best, and if I did not receive the pads before Thanksgiving, that they would refund the $30! I did indeed receive the pads in time for Thanksgiving. The pads are of the highest quality - very well made, packaged perfectly - and Berger's customer service is simply the best. Highest recommendation!

Received email from provider asking for clarification about color of the underside / felt side of the pads. This person emailing was the person processing the order. Pads came in time for Thanksgiving Day dinner. We are very satisfied with the items and will recommend to others.

The provider advised me, as shown in my order history, that they had two orders from me. I ordered only one but may have in error clicked the order twice I wany only one so please credit one of the orders back to me if I have been charged. Thank you, Bruce Falasco

Process was easy and when I did have questions the customer service via phone was excellent! The covers are high quality, look nice and we really like them for protecting our new table.

Berger's provided great service and a high quality product. Since my table and leaves were rectangle, I did not have to make a pattern of the table top and top edge, I only had to provide measurements. It was hard to decide on a color simply by looking at the color chart, so they sent me samples of all the colors I was considering so I had actual color swatches to look at. This was very helpful. After I placed the order, my pads came in 4 weeks just as promised. Loved that the big deal included the magna-loc feature which keeps the pads connected and easy to keep straight on the table. Table pads are beautiful and fit perfect.

thought I would not get these in time for Thanksgiving but they came much faster than promised. Great! I looked online for other deals and think it wasn't the absolute cheapest but the way they set it up, it seemed easier to go through them. Also, I thought since they knew they would be rated, I would get a better job. Measuring materials were sent right after purchase.

I was very impressed with the speed which I received the product. but I am so disappointed with the final product. My table has a split down the middle, as most dining tables have. I don't understand why the table pad isn't split in half, the way that my table is. Instead the pad is in thirds. I wish there would have been some option to select the pad split the way I wanted. I have never seen a table pad split this way.

I had looked online for table pads before and had seen Berger's website, but never placed an order. When this deal came up through Angie's List, it was just what I needed to stop procrastinating. It was easy to make a drawing of my table using the materials and instructions they mailed to me. I chose the colors for the top and bottom and sent in my order. The pads fit perfectly and give me great piece of mind. Our beautiful teak table has been damaged over the years and I didn't want to get it refinished until I had a way to protect it. Now, I just have wait for an Angie's List furniture refinishing deal.

Exceptional! I had thought about a table pad in the past and saw the coupon / discount in my email in-box and thought now was the time to get this done. Having never purchased anything via Angie's List, I had a natural level of concern. I was contacted via email within on day and was mailed out a kit to measure the table. The table pad arrived earlier than expected and the quality was much MORE than I had expected. We couldn't be happier. My only regret is not going it sooner!

They mailed instructions, I returned info, they returned the completed pads as promised. Easy

This was not a run-of-the-mill job. The table is an antique farm table with 11 or so leaves of various sizes, non of which have the same measurement. I requested pads to be made for the sizes that I usually use, which is not your standard order. They contacted me several times to make sure that they were getting things right, pads fit great and are beautiful. Not only that, they came well within the time frame they had given me.

This company kept me informed thru the entire process..how to measure..where the pad was at "what" stage of production, and shipped it to my home. I would definitely purchase another if I needed.

instructions for measuring for the table pads are very good and understandable. Company was very prompt about asking for clarifications on my notes. The final product was excellent and now I have table pads that will probably last the next 35 years!
