All I had to do was measure the table and provide a sketch on a paper for corners, came out perfectly and love that our dinning table is well protected at a great price.

I purchased this as an Angies List Big Deal but I don't remember the exact price.The finished product is excellent quality and matches what was promised. My only issue is in the measuring process. I misunderstood the offer and expected someone to come out and measure the table. That's not how it works. They send you a large piece of tracing paper to outline the size and shape of half the table. My table is oval shaped and seats 10-12 people and has a profiled edge. It was too large for the paper both in width and length. I had them send me two more sheets which I taped together with some difficulty and then traced the table on that. The instructions to do this were good but it was a bit tricky especially with a large table having no straight edges and a profiled edge. I was concerned that my best efforts at tracing might still result in a poorly fitting table pad. Well the pad fits well, although slightly imperfectly, but within a fair and reasonable small tolerance. If I had it to do over again I probably would not do it even though it came out alright. A bit more DIY than I was comfortable with under the circumstances. In fairness, for this price I should not have expected anyone to come out and take measurements. It's a good service but if your table is oversized, not-rectangular and has a profile, you should consider whether you are confidant you can trace it accurately.

It was okay I think. I’m okay with that. It was not the best that I wanted but that was okay. They didn’t charge anything else. We had to select it from the brochure they sent. I had to see it in my own eyes. I don’t know if that’s their problem or my problem. I think I expected a thinner sheet so that was it was about. Otherwise, they were very nice. They always call me back and talk to me. The minute I sent the details, they said it will take 2 to 3 weeks and it didn’t take that long. I think the price was okay. I would recommend them to others.

The service went well. The instructions were clear and there were many choices for color. The pads were delivered in a reasonable amount of time and are attractive and appear to be high quality.

It want very well. They were very responsive return calls and emails promptly. I was nervous that them not coming to measure would cause the pads not to fit. They provide an easy instructional how to measure so the pads fit. When we received the pads my wife liked them so much she wanted to leave them on permanently. The pads are exactly what we wanted. My only complaint is that the storage bags are much larger then the pads. They recommended 2 when we actually only need one bag. Great company to work with and would highly recommend them to friends and neighbors.

The color did not match my dining room table. I called Laura and sent her an email and she told me that her boss will contact me, that was 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard from anyone.

The template kit that Berger's provided was easy to use to create the template of the table top. The directions were detailed but clear. The instructions for related measurements and material selection were also easy to follow including selecting storage bags for the pads and leaves. When the pads arrived they met our expectations for both the materials and the fit to the table. The storage bags were oversize - seeming to be a "one size fits all" product. While this was a bit disappointing it did not detract from our overall satisfaction with the pads. The delivery service that Berger's used emailed a notification of the day they would deliver the pads. They left the box on our porch but did not ring the bell. It was a dry day so this was not a problem. Also the box was somewhat damaged and not fully sealed. Fortunately, Berger's packaging was up to the challenge and there was only one tiny "ding" that is not visible when the pads are in use.

They send a template kit so you can measure very carefully the exact measurements of your table and leafs. The next step is to mail back the template. They contacted me for further information and provided updates on shipping. It arrived on time for my holiday party. I would highly recommend these folks. The pad looks great and the fit is perfect.

I love my table pad!! Bergers couldn't have been nicer and more professional! They sent a kit to measure my table. It worked out great! I must say, you need someone to help with marking the template so the paper didn't move.

Excellent, well made, fit perfectly. Was told expect the pads in 4-6 weeks they arrived in less than 2 weeks. Very impressed with this company, would highly recommend!

Easy process and received exactly what I ordered.

They sent me a kit in the mail so I could measure the top of the table and select color and finish of the pads. There was also a large piece of paper they sent which you put on top of your table (or half of the table) and made an impression (with the side of a crayon) of the outer edge of the table. I did all that and mailed back the forms and pattern and within about 10 days, the pads arrived in the mail. They are lovely and fit perfect. I like that the edge is magnetized so the pads stay together. There is also a separate pad for the leaf. All in all I was very satisfied with this product.

They were great to talk to before ordering and very helpful with the details. The pads I received fit well but not perfectly but they will still do their job well.

excellent product reasonable cost..took longer than I thought because I did not respond with the details they requested in a timely manner. After buying the service, they sent a packet with instructions on measuring the table, selection of materials etc. I did not receive the packet initially, and waited a month before requesting another packet. After I received the packet of instructions..I waited a month before responding. Then when I sent the material to the manufacturer, they needed an answer on a part of the project that was not in the original offer (a bag for storage of the leaf and table pad... After several missed opportunities to contact the company (my work schedule, their work schedule) finally got all the information corrected and complete. two weeks later the product arrived and was a great product. I am very pleased with this Angies list offer. Quality product, good response from company..and when I did my part, a timely delivery of product.
