Berger's Table Pad Factory

We paid up front. We were told a kit would be mailed to us with instructions how to measure the table. The information was then to be sent to the company and they'd follow through to make, and send us, the pad. No measuring kit was sent. So we called, and the company assured us a kit would be sent. It has been weeks and it has not arrived. We are out $199 at this point with nothing to show for it. This is disappointing as this is the first Angie's List offer we tried and I had hoped that they would be better than other similar ones.

Measurement kit was easy to use. Product arrived as ordered and fit perfectly. Material and workmanship were of good quality.

Order form and directions to measure table were received promptly and were easy to follow and complete. Waiting for pad to be delivered.

As they said in the website, they send a kit with directions to measure and trace 1/2 of the table, select pad color - top and bottom. Then they make the pads and ship them to you. They said 4 - 6 weeks, I think and I got them about 4 weeks after I sent back my measurements. The curved ends of the table match the pads. They are great and maybe will last a long time. Cost was as advertised - special $199.00

I received pads sooner than expected. Ordering process was easy and when they had a question for about my order they called promptly to discuss it. Their Rep was great to talk to and the quality of the pads, once received, were better than expected. No complaints.. Just praise!

Last Friday on 8/19 and it's been over a week and I haven't hear back from them. I think it is highly unprofessional to not call me back. They had an entire week to call me at anytime and just leave a message on my machine. This was a disappointing response.

The provider sent me a kit with full and complete instructions. I followed their instructions in making the pattern for my table. I filled out the form and returned all to Berger's. In a few weeks the pads were delivered to my front door. They fit great and look beautiful. I'm very pleased with them.

The mats are high quality and the service was fast! Thy sent the measuring kit and the rest was effortless.

I would not recommend. The table pads were ordered 4 months ago and still not delivered.

They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up.

The system is fool-proof, including large paper to use as a template if your table is odd-sized. Very easy to go online and select colors, etc. Our first order came in damaged due to the box having been dropped into water (it was delivered during a storm) and they sent a new set very quickly with no hassle. Love a company that stands behind their quality and customer service!

, The table pads were ordered on November 18,2015, and I received them in early March 2016. The placemat "paddies" were ordered November 30,2015, and I received them April 23, 2016. All items were mailed in very protective packaging, and the items themselves are of high quality materials and are well made. All items look beautiful on the table, even without a table cloth; they resemble a quality wood product. The color I selected matches my wood table perfectly. With the above positive remarks I must say that I had to stay in touch often with Jackie S. by email and phone to keep my order moving along, as there were production and/or mailing problems in January. Jackie was always courteous to me and replied promptly to my emails or calls. It took quite a lot of my contacting Jackie to finally get my complete order delivered. There were promises and then delays, so one would keep this in mind if ordering from Berger's Table Pad Factory.

The table pads arrived and fit perfectly. However there were several corners which were crushed. After contacting the company, we sent photos of the damage. They then asked for photos of the cartons. We had already crushed and recycled the cartons. I informed the company of the fact and we have not heard anything further. On my complaint, I explained that the reason for the damage was that there was no cardboard in the corners of the cartons to cushion possible damage, there was only some tissue paper. Have not heard back from them since my explanation. Don't buy table pads from these folks. What do you need table pads for anyway.

The table pad took awhile but finally came and it fit perfectly but was the wrong color. I called them and they said they would redo it with the right color. Well the redo took a long time to come. I called them and they basically said since they were letting me use the wrong color table pad they were in no hurry to redo the corrected color one. It finally came and was pretty perfect. I had a lot of curves on the table and the pad was perfectly made. I was pleased once I got the right one.

Promptly sent package to create pattern for my dining room table pad. Promptly created and sent my new table pad, which was very satisfactory.

I sent in the table diagrams last month and the pads were delivered last week. They were perfect and look wonderful.

Company supplied instructions for measuring and creating a template of our dining room table. We took appropriate measurements and tracings and sent to vendor. They sent back perfectly sized pad, including inserts for table leaves.

Berger's mailed me a kit to trace the outline of my table and record other measurements, along with details for the desired colors for the top and bottom colors. It was all completely straightforward and easy. I also ordered leaf bags and pad bags (at the reduced prices for Angie's List members ? I checked their website to be sure). I mailed the tracing and form back to them on 1/28/16, asking for normal shipping time (3-5 weeks). My new pads arrived in exactly 5 weeks. They fit perfectly and I'm very satisfied with both the result and the service.

Very easy to deal with this company. They send you a measuring kit and instructions on picking the color. I sent the information back with my measurements and had the table pad within 2 weeks. Nice quality product and a good deal for $199. My wife was actually against us getting the table cover because she thought it would not look as good as the uncovered table. However, once we got it, she changed her mind and now admits that the table cover looks great.
