Once the purchase was made, received the template, instructions, order form and mailing envelope. After returning the package, we received our table pads quicker than expected. The colors where exactly what we wanted and the workmanship was awesome. We couldn't be happier.

I purchased a table pad and 3 additional pads for use in our dinning room. Upon purchasing the coupon for the pad on Groupon I was sent a kit to measure and template for the pad. The instructions were clear and easy to understand. The making of the template was easy for anyone with even little skill. I received the pad in a couple of weeks after mailing the information to Berger. The pad I received was of high quality and as represented. (There are several finishes which you can select from which is nice.) I would use them again and recommend them for anyone needing a table pad.

We're very pleased with them. I called them a couple of times and talked to them and they were very nice. They did a nice job. They were very nice to work with. I thought the cost was reasonable. They're only in Indiana so that was nice. They didn't have to come out. They just sent me a packet and then I made the patterns on myself and another person made the patterns for the table and then we mailed them back and then they made the patterns based on what we drew for them. So, I think they did a very good job because we're very happy with them.

It was absolutely wonderful. It took me a while to get turned in. It was turned in late and they still honored it. I was thrilled. I just sent in a sketch. I just needed table pads done so I just sent in measurements and table size and they sent me back my table pads. I would absolutely use them in the future.

The finished product came much sooner than expected and fits perfectly, including the leaves! The magnetic feature that holds both halves together is a fantastic innovation! And the color on the top as well as the underneath lining is exactly as ordered. I highly recommend this company and their products!

Great! This company moves fast and delivers what they say they will. Our dining room table has sort of an odd shape, certainly not standard. The pad from Berger's fits the odd shape perfectly. Excellent value for the money.

Several weeks later our pads arrived. We really like the magnetic link between the pads and they stay together extremely well.

Amazing! Their customer service was top-notch! They were easy going and kept everything open until I had time to reply to them on measurements - no pressure. Once I gave them all the information (which was very easy) I expected a 4-5 week turnaround, but it arrived in two weeks -AND I could track delivery the whole way. Extremely pleased. The company no longer sends a rep to your home to measure as measurements can easily be done by the homeowner - and when most convenient. They send a packet with a template and instructions; takes about 10 minutes. You mail the packet back and the table pad is delivered in about two weeks.

Couldn't be better. The pads for the table & leafs fit perfectly, and we were provided large fiber-envelopes for storing the leafs.
