There was a small mistake with one of the table pad bags being the wrong size, but I contacted them, and they sent out the correct one, no charge. |Good company, I would use them again.

They did a perfect job making a pad for our new cherry wood dining set - round with seven leaves! The quality of the work is quite good - a 10 on a scale of 1-10. On top of all that, they delivered it a couple of weeks before it was supposed to arrive - FABULOUS! I would definitely use them again - even at full price! |

Description of Work: First, I took advantage of this product/service for TWO sets of table pads, which is why the price was $398 for the table pads and another $50 or so for bags to protect both the leaves and the table pads when not in use. It's two $199's plus the extras. | |Second, they send you information about how to measure your table and its leaves and they will advise you about how many additional bags, etc. you might need. One of my tables was fairly straightforward. The other was incredibly complicated. Regardless, "Jackie," with whom I dealt exclusively, was amazing. She's unflappable, she's seen every configuration imaginable, and she makes sure that your measurements are clear. | |The workmen did a great job, too. Description of Work: Beautiful product, but it did take some time to receive.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angies List Big Deal for a table pad. The company promptly sent instructions for measuring the table and for selecting the color for both the outside of the pad and for the felt side that actually touches the table. I selected a pad color that comes close to matching my table. I incorrectly selected a felt-side color that they do not have but they phoned me and I was able to correct my selection. We are very happy with the way the pad fits, with the color of the pad and with the apparent quality of the pad. It is nice enough that we do not generally cover it with a table cloth.

In addition, they made customizes pads for two leaves and a large sealable pouch to protect the leaves and pads when they are stored. The process took about 3 weeks. Hardly a day goes by that we don't comment on how happy we are that we made this purchase.

Berger's did an amazing job custom cutting the pads to fit perfectly. Very nice quality. They were very helpful in giving guidance to me regarding color choices, and even sent me some samples.
