Description of Work: I bought the Angie's List deal for custom table pads for my dining room table. Berger's sent me the product list/measuring kit in the mail soon after I purchased the deal. I had a couple of questions, asked via email and received a prompt response. It took me a few days to decide among all the choices of top and felt colors and materials. I then measured and sent off the information. | |What struck me the most was the manufacturer's attention to detail and to understanding my order. The person from Berger's who was actually creating my pads called me to ask for clarifications on my project. I really appreciated that and feel like Berger's goes the extra mile for its customers. | |When you order pads through Berger's on Angie's List, you get a discount on storage bags, should you want them to store the pads. What was super impressive to me was that Berger's called me to ensure that I didn't order more bags than I needed. | |It took a couple of weeks after ordering to receive the pads, which was fine. It's the type of item that's not needed quickly, especially if it means getting free shipping :-) I excitedly opened the package to find my pads. They are a perfect fit for my table and for my two leaves, and the colors are just right as well.

Since my table had rounded corners, they sent directions to me to trace a pattern for the curve. The directions were very easy to follow and it turned out very well.

Description of Work: I ordered custom dining table and coffee table pads from them during an Angies list special. I was able to pick out the colors I wanted. The products arrived in good shape and fit and work perfectly. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Description of Work: Im very happy with the table pad. The process was very simple, easily understood instructions, and the quality of the pad is excellent. It fits perfectly, and the peace of mind it brings me to protect the wood is worth every penny.

It wasn't until after I paid for the service that I discovered the entire process would be by mail... Needless to say, getting the product took much longer than I anticipated and it isn't exactly what I anticipated.

Description of Work: The table covers were good quality but the workmanship was less so. I was not able to join the two sides of the cover without leaving a small gap. This was because the covers bulged at the place where the cover folded. Not bad enough to return them. I liked the fact that they checked my instructions with a second email.

Description of Work: Table pads for dinning room table. Great, they sent me all the info on colors and how to make a template of my table top. It was very easy, they included the paper, and I sent it back and 6 weeks later it arrived. It fits perfect, even the 2 leaves, very well made and has magnets to hold together each piece. Great ides with grandkids playing games on the table.
