Description of Work: They made a custom table-pad for us & we purchased matching table-place pads in addition. The quality, delivery time, price and professionalism were all very good.

Description of Work: They made a table pad to our table measurements. However I am upset with myself we received an envelope with several services offered in an envelope in the mail. There was an advertisement from this company to make the same exact table pad for half the price. I had already ordered it so I couldn't do anything about it.

Description of Work: Their product appears to be of good quality. Either the wood tone match options were too limited, or perhaps my selection was not the best. The end result was certainly O.K., although perhaps not ideal. In terms of fit, this dining table shape was more difficult than most, so it was not quite perfect but it came out "close enough." | |The order was in the pipeline for a good while, partly due to a back and forth on measurements, and then to a personnel issue at the company. Not really a big problem though, since I did not regard this order as being urgent. | |Overall, I would say this is a good idea, if you are looking to protect a piece of fine furniture. I had previously had another nice teak dining table that withstood 25+ years of heavy use and a fair amount of damage, but in the end became scrap lumber -- when that fate could probably have been avoided by something like this.

Description of Work: I received the paper work with full explanation on how to measure and trace the table so my table pads could be made. They did call with a question which I responded to and on Tues 4/28 I received the pads for my table. I love them. The company was very good, I'll be going back to them to order covers for 2 pads that will not be used much. Thanks for the great service. I will recommend them.

Description of Work: The pad was as advertised, service was excellent, and it fit correctly.

Description of Work: Supplied me with custom made pads for my dining room table and the 4 extension leaves. Also a pad for my sideboard and storage bags for the leaves and the pads. They were very easy to work with. A real person answered my phone call and was very helpful with my questions. After I returned the forms with the measurements they were very quick to build and ship my order. A very positive experience.

Description of Work: This is a mail order company. They sent the diagram for us to draw the table and return. It has not yet come back. I am disappointed this was not an in home measure and would not use them had I known.

Description of Work: They made table pads for my antique mahogany drop leaf table. They contacted me about the configuration of the pads. It was something I had not thought of because I had never done anything like this before. The pads fit my table perfectly.
