Berger's Table Pad Factory

Package w th instructions were mailed to us on how to make template of table, which was very easy to follow. Mailed package back and received new table pads in timely fashion! They look great and I also ordered additional bags to store extra leaves which were reasonably priced.

They sent the packet (template, and questions) and I filled it out, completed the template design the way it was instructed and then mailed it back in a postage paid envelope. Got it back and it fits perfectly and exactly what I needed! A couple spots were a little off but so glad to have it fit the detailed cut corners of the table. Also got the leaf pad bags and a bag for all the pads when not using at a discounted price. GREAT PRODUCT!

The pads arrived right on schedule and they fit perfectly. Very high quality with hidden magnets to hold them together while on my table.

The entire process, from receiving instructions for measuring to color selections to support when needed was easy and professional. I highly recommend Berger's - their product is excellent.

The swatches that they send to select from for color do not adequately show the true material that is used to make the pads. The actual pad is a little misleading because I thought I would get one table pad and what I got is three pads that connect. I thought you got one connected pad that opened. I also thought that the pad would match in color and material closer to the table so it wouldn't be as obvious that there was a pad on top of the table. Plus, the shipping charges were high since they use FEDEX. The price below is strictly for the pad.

Easy enough! They send a big piece of paper for you to trace the outline of your table. You mail it in. Wait for a few days and BAM it shows up in a big brown box of awesome.

It went very well and they did send a template to measure the table. They also asked for the manufacturer and model number. They contacted me for additional information to make sure it was accurate. The pads arrived before the expected date and I am very happy with the fit and the quality of the table pads.

top too red and was not a good match

Berger' s table pad is well-made. The magnetic joining system for table pad leaves works well. The top surface appears tough and is not unsightly. The under surface has a good layer of felt to protect the wooden table surface. Our only cavil is that we appear to have measured poorly and the pad overlaps the edges of our table somewhat.

It worked out really well. They were really responsive. When they had questions, they called me right away. I was satisfied. It was a pretty straight forward purchase. The workers that I came into contact with were good.

Initial process was a little confusing but after I was able to understand what I needed to do on my side when I spoke with customer service everything was great.

I purchased the "deal" the beginning of December and within 1 week received a packet from Berger's with measuring instructions, tracing paper if needed, and color selections. I didn't do anything until after the holidays. Today, the 20th of January, I received the finished product and immediately put the pads on my table. They are absolutely beautiful, fit perfectly AND the greatest thing is they are magnetized so when put together they don't slide away from each other.

Horribly Was never contacted by vendor as I was supposed to be. Big mistake .Stay away

Table pads were good value. I though the pad covers were not very robust.

The company was very helpful when I spoke with them. Directions were easy to understand. The table pad fit perfectly. I am unhappy with the color and the "fake wood grain". I am also unhappy with how the pieces for the leaves fit together with the main table pad. There are spaces and black lines between where the leaves and main pad fit together. It's so extremely obvious that a table pad is on my table. It's actually really ugly and takes away from my beautiful table. I guess I assumed that people may have to take a second glance to see if it was real or fake.
