He was courteous and efficient.

Plumber came out fairly quickly, so that was good. We told him there was a leak so he went to check. There was clearly puddling of sewage on the vapor barrier and a stain on the pipe. Plumber came back and told us that there was no leak in the 4 inch PVC, but we had a crack in the foundation. This crack was supposed to be the culprit where the sewage was coming from. I'm not going to say this was an easy fix, but they either lied or was not a good plumber, and then took money from us after doing so. Deciding to get a second opinion was the right way to go as this saved us hundreds of dollars in getting foundation guys out. BF says they will refund the money if we send them our receipt from the other company, which we'll do. We'll see if they honor that.

The technician came over the same day, couple of hours after I had spoken to them which was great! He was very nice and efficient and it took him no time at all to diagnose and fix the problem with my leaking shower. Basically he needed to change a "cylinder" or "cartridge" or something (looked almost like replacing a small refrigerator filter) He was in and out in about 30-45 minutes and charged $352 for the job. This to me sounded rather expensive but other than that, he did a good job, quickly and efficiently and the part and work has a 2-year warranty so all in all I was okay with it.

I was happy with the plumbing but some of the detail work (putting the vanity back) wasn't as good (cleaned up) as I had wanted. He had a late start.

Michael O was knowledgeable and explained what he was doing to unclog the drain as well as tips for preventing future clogs. He was very timely and stayed until the job was done thoroughly. I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and specifically Michael O.

We had a water stain on our ceiling, and the serviceman stayed until options were ruled out for a possible leak. We will definitely use them when we need the work done. Clean, on time, and helpful.

Our simple drain issue turned out to be a much more involving problem with the sewer line outside of the house (they had to dig). While the fix was very expensive, the team at Benjamin Franklin was prompt and courteous throughout the entire process and they had an entire crew at our house the following morning. Very impressive.

The rep showed up during the time window specified and was quick and effective.
