After talking with the sales rep about tankless v/s a regular tank water heater we decided to go with a 75 gal gas water heater and we have loved it since install. We have abundant hot water, the tank is more a commercial grade heater and we opted for the extended warranty. knowledgeable sales people educated me on the difference in water heaters, provided options in different price points and let me make the decision of what would best fit our families needs.

Way over priced. Paid over twice the price that I could have had work done if I had not been is such a hurry

The Rep. did a very good job and gave great advice about how to handle an unrelated problem.

They promptly came and worked on my hearter. Unfortunately the gas line was not hooked back up correctly and I have a gas leak which was very dangerous. I called the service agent who repaired it but he would not return my call. I then called the office and they sent a second service agent and he finished the repair. It was a simple repair and should have been completed correctly on the first call.

Came out late on a Sunday AND holiday (New Year's Day) without any additional charge!

The plug in the main bathroom does not prevent water from escaping the drain.

Completed the project a day after but was work was good and George was very helpful.

Was very happy with the work I received and am glad that this company is going to help repair the lawn that was damaged due to heavy equipment. I liked that this company was on time and got the work done in a reasonable amount of time.
