Technician was very professional and was able to answer all my questions. The only concern I had was with the dispatcher miss communicating when the technician would arrive....she said between 45 -60 minutes and in reality it was 135 minutes.

They were very prompt

I have rated their customer service 3.0 because of not completing all of the agreed work. However, they completed the work after two phone calls.

Went well. I thought they were a little pricey, but I still had them do the work.

They were prompt and courteous. Informative, and educated me about why the problem was happening. I think their price was rather high ($200 for 45 min work), and I also had an issue with the billing for one gallon of BioBen - a bacterial product designed to keep drains clear. He told me he was leaving a gallon jug, billed me for a gallon jug, but the jug was only 64oz, or 1/2 gallon. When I raised the discrepancy with the company, another 1/2 gallon jug was delivered to the house..... but I had to catch that error. ($22.00 for a half gallon)

After waiting all day for another plumber to show, Mike from Benjamin Franklin arrived shortly after I called, was very professional yet friendly & informative. Did a wonderful job & made our day. Two thumbs up,great guy & great service I'd refer to anyone.

Great service and very professional. Felt the price was a little high.

He fixed the problem but not without making another leak and damaging my ceiling and not even acknowledge that he made a mess of my kitchen below or apologize.

I thought the cost to replace the outside water faucet was a bit pricey.

Mr . Christopher & Mr . Jeff were very nice . I was given an awesome quote and hired them on the spot . They walked me through every step , explained in detail the projects needs time , and value . I couldn't have asked for better quality of service and performance . If there were more than 5 stars to give I'd give them 20 .
