The disposal did not work. He “fixed” it but could not prove it worked. He left an Allen wrench behind for the next time it did not work. That time was the first time I tried to use it after he “fixed” it. It did not work and I have no recourse because this work is not warrantied. Why? He said people break it on purpose. I never enjoyed using it repaired!

A little more expensive than if you were to shop around. especially for bit jobs. Great for last minute / emergency fixes. Very fast response. good for people who have to keep a schedule.

The technician (Don H)) was very knowledgeable and was able to fix the strainer very quickly. He also "cleaned up" the plumbing from the disposal to the main drain and know I am able to put away my cleaners and stuff very neatly.

They were able to get a plumber to our home quickly and the service was excellent. Everyone in the scheduling department was very pleasant and the plumber who did the work was very professional.

Plumber came out fairly quickly, so that was good. We told him there was a leak so he went to check. There was clearly puddling of sewage on the vapor barrier and a stain on the pipe. Plumber came back and told us that there was no leak in the 4 inch PVC, but we had a crack in the foundation. This crack was supposed to be the culprit where the sewage was coming from. I'm not going to say this was an easy fix, but they either lied or was not a good plumber, and then took money from us after doing so. Deciding to get a second opinion was the right way to go as this saved us hundreds of dollars in getting foundation guys out. BF says they will refund the money if we send them our receipt from the other company, which we'll do. We'll see if they honor that.

The technician came over the same day, couple of hours after I had spoken to them which was great! He was very nice and efficient and it took him no time at all to diagnose and fix the problem with my leaking shower. Basically he needed to change a "cylinder" or "cartridge" or something (looked almost like replacing a small refrigerator filter) He was in and out in about 30-45 minutes and charged $352 for the job. This to me sounded rather expensive but other than that, he did a good job, quickly and efficiently and the part and work has a 2-year warranty so all in all I was okay with it.

I was happy with the plumbing but some of the detail work (putting the vanity back) wasn't as good (cleaned up) as I had wanted. He had a late start.
