Tobias H. did a great job on my bathroom tub. He was very professional and friendly. I read a few reviews on this Company before they arrived to my house. I must admit I was a little skeptical because some of the reviews suggested they were extremely pricey. But, that was not case. The price was completely fair and reasonable. Actually, they were cheaper than the other two plumbing estimates that I received. Great job Benjamin Franklin!

All went smoothly. Jeff, the Ben Franklin plumbing tech, answered my questions and did all work efficiently.

Told me what needed to be done to fix our problem...Mike was very professional.

The corporate office from New Jersey called to schedule the appointment. Almost immediately a local number called to do the same thing. Everyone was apologetic. New Jersey then called back saying the local does not actually do fireplaces so I needed to find someone else. I appreciated the professionalism and prompt responses, however, the back and forth and confusion between corporate and local was frustrating.

David and his supervisor came out and assessed the issue. They explained everything so I could understand the problem and what they could do to correct it. They worked diligently in my crawlspace and utility room - the finished product looked great. Although the sediment drip leg was not technically required due to the utility providing clean gas, they said it would only take a few minutes and installed it. David found a coupon I could use to save money on the repairs!! I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and David.

As stated, Mike unclogged toilet for a reasonable price. He also made recommendations to replace toilets, bathroom faucet, and purchase water softener system. Mike I could their products or purchase on own and they can install. Very professional and great customer service.

Prompt. Courteous. Work only took a few minutes. Serviceman departed the area as clean as it was when he arrived

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came out to unclog the washing machine drain, they were unable send a snake thru the drain, they charged me $90. The next day they sent a license plumber out to get me an estimate, there estimate was $3500. I got a second estimate from a 5 star plumbing company, there estimate was $1625 to do the exact same work. I believe Benjamin Franklin should not price gouge!!

Excellent service. Due to the virus no one would come out until we called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They were professional and perfect in every way. I will never go to another plumber after using this service due to coming out and doing service during this virus and just how they handled everything. Donnie arrived on time and did a good job getting it open. He was courteous and professional and completed the job efficiently.

excellent work - very fast and professional - Tyler explained everything that was being done and why. He also replaced the pilot valve assembly. He told what to expect and why and what to do about "bleeding" the water lines. Great to have someone like him on a job. Would not want anyone else to do work on my water heater in the future if required. He is the type of employee most employers would desire. It was a pleasure to talk to him.
