Rick did a great job of repairing the issue and we are very satisfied with the service provided.

He was successful at unclogging the sink and explained the cause thoroughly.

Technician was timely, professional, and provided information to support our decision on what type of water heater to purchase to replace old leaking heater.

Benjamin Franklin plumbing and Heating/AC came a total of 4 times to confirm what was causing the problem, and the best solution. They tried sending nitrogen and CO2 through the pipe to push out the blockage, but this was unsuccessful. They cut a small hole in the garage ceiling to check where the drain pipe exited to the basement. Eventually, they found the blockage in the section that exits into the basement. After this, the repair was rapid.

Tyler initially came and assessed the problem and what was needed to replace the faulty item. He rescheduled for the next day to effect the replacement part(s). The next day he arrived in the time-frame provided, replaced the faucet (and associated parts) quickly and cleaned up afterwards. I paid the agreed/stated price. Great job!
