Initially, we were very happy with their work. But as the work increased, specifically all the Finishing work, we began having to deal with Poor Communication, Substandard task completion and follow through. Our project ran over, and the said they would be back to finish. Now we are dealing with the results Very Poor Finishing Work. Our windowsills are unfinished, our trim has nails sticking out with pieces of wood sticking out on the floor and corners, doors that don't hang right - we can't lock both the doorknob and the deadbolt, unfinished trim, unfinished bathtubs and showers, garage door openers that don't work, and heating and air conditioning trouble. It is now 4 months later, and they haven't been back. We moved in thinking these little annoying things would be temporary. But with all our nagging, Jesse only stopped by once for plumbing, for about a half an hour, shortly after we moved in mid-July, when we complained about tiny leaks in the 2 sinks that were working, he took a look at the one functioning bathroom sink, and literally snapped off a piece, rendering it unusable and said I'll be back in two weeks. He hasn't been back. He sent Terry over to finish the HVAC and they couldn't finish connecting the thermostat, because "the manual is in spanish and french". He turned on the A/C on In June, and didn't return for 4 months. When he finally did return, last week (mid-October), it appeared to work, until the next day when the heat pump outside iced up and made terrible noise. We complained to them, made a list, debated our bill, and Jesse said he'd be by in 2 weeks to fix everything. He's been telling us 2 weeks for 2 months. We held off complaining to Angie's List to give them the benefit of the doubt. But now that the heat is broken, and we have frost outside tonight, I think people should be warned never to hire these people.
