BEE Windows

We ordered standard size patio window in December as the discount was good. This was a new construction in kitchen to have view of the back yard.. The window was promised to come within 6 weeks so by beginning of February. At the beginning of February I started calling as I have not received any updates. Very unfriendly worker told me it will be 8-10 weeks and that the sales person probably didn't know that. At the beginning of February we took the walls down and the insulation out to be ready for the window that didn't came. After 10 weeks of silence I started calling again to get told that they are still waiting. The window came in March and we took day off to be home. The framing for the window was done in one day, yet the inspector couldn't come to inspect the framing unit the next day for whatever reason. So we took another day off to accommodate the inspector that we paid so he could show up whenever its convenient to him. The patio window I ordered was completely white yet the one I got put in was dark cream on the bottom. So I called to complain and was told that this is how the manufacturer makes those. Next day at work I get a phone call from a lady that works for Bee Window asking if I was home as she is close to my house and she would like to see the new window. I work 1h away so I said I will not be available. I ask her if she would like to come another day and she said that she is in town today and its not convenient to her to come another day. I was laughing so hard about that as it was just rude...sorry lady that I couldn't drop everything for you and run home while you were in town. I will recommend to everyone to stay away from Bee Window as you can buy the same window at menards in one day not in 12 weeks and you can install the window in one day as well without taking 2 days off to wait for some guy to find time to inspect your framing. This window cost me 8k and it was not worth the money ... the service was horrible and rude evertime I called for updates and left messages took someone 5 days to respond and call me back. Yes you will need to leave messages because nobody ever picks the phone up. Once you sign the contract they don't care to keep you updated its your job to get your window not theirs. I blocked the number on my phone so I don't feel tempted to pick up and go off on the lies this business sales. Do yourself a favor and do the same.
