Becky does all the usual things you would expect a house cleaner to do. Becky actually looks around and addresses area that need extra attention (like moving a chair to clean up dead leaves). I have had other cleaners in the past that weren't really willing to do that. I would recommend Becky to friends and neighbors.

Becky has cleaned my home every 2 weeks for a number of years. I am widowed and work a lot of hours to support my son and myself. Becky comes to our home to clean and I trust her to have her own key to our house which says something about my level of trust in her. She has always done a very, good job and is very dependable. I have moved several times over the years and she always adjusts her rates based on the size of the house and the amount of time it take her. I find her rates very reasonable and in line with the quality of work I expect. I like having the same person coming in each time.

Becky did a suburb job. She's always dependable and friendly, and has been cleaning monthly for several years and we've always been satisfied. We recommend her to anyone.

First professionally: I could not ask for anything more. Becky is reliable, always on time, and consistent with the job that she does. And always does a thorough job. I can't say enough about how happy I am with her work. Personally: Becky is always pleasant, kind, thoughtful, and a pleasure to know as a person. She is trustworthy and has a high work ethic. I feel like I have known her all of my life...like a sister! If you asked me to rate her on a scale of 1-10 (with 10 being the highest score), I would rate her as a 20...that's how much I appreciate her.

The service is excellent, never had any problems. Very thorough, dependable and they work well with us. Excellent value for the money.

I was trying to get set up with her and she came up with all kinds of excuses. I think she was trying to back out because it had been three months or more since I had used her. I liked her and would like to keep her.

I like her. She does good work. She doesn't waste any time.

We schedule with Becky a month in advance. She has never failed to show up on the time and date scheduled. She does everything that we have agreed upon. She works quickly and efficiently. Everything that we asked for is done.

Becky has cleaned all year for us and does a very nice job. We plan to continue using her. I reccomend her for the honor roll!

Becky does not clean homes that are 2500 square feet. I wish her ad stated that she does not do larger homes, as I spent time writing requirements. The requirements I provided in my email were: The house is about 2500 sq. feet; however, all of that would not be cleaned. For example, there is a room, off the dining room, that is an office that would not be cleaned. None of the closets would be cleaned. What would be cleaned would include: Downstairs: • ½ bath • Dining room • Kitchen • Living room • Stairs with glass panels (rather than spindles, the stairs have several glass windows) • Vacuum small laundry room Upstairs: • Loft living room • Hall way • 2 full bathrooms • 2 bedrooms • 2 sitting rooms (1 large; 1 small) Cleaning would include: • Vacuuming (including wooden stairs) • Dusting (including lampshades) (excluded are a couple open bookcases that contain collectibles—they wouldn’t be dusted as I take care of those) • Mopping floors: kitchen and 2 ½ baths • Wiping window sills • Blinds (at least every other month if not monthly)—dusting is fine, but occasionally, they need a damp cloth cleaning • Sinks (4 in the bathrooms; 1 in kitchen) • Bathroom counters • Kitchen counter tops • Toilets (3) • Baseboards • Picture frames • Stove and hood • Wipe cabinets in kitchen and 2 ½ baths with damp cloth • Vacuuming chairs/couches (7 chairs; 5 couches) • 1 sliding glass door in kitchen (inside only) Also, we have one very friendly cocker spaniel and one cat. I would prefer a monthly visit, but possibly every 3 weeks; maybe 2. In the Spring and Fall, I would like a deep cleaning of the house. The Spring and Fall cleaning would not include windows or carpeting as I hire this out to companies that specialize in these services.

We have been impressed from teh first visit. Becky does outstanding work. She tries to meet our schedule and needs even on short notice. We have been using her services for almost one year and would not even consider looking elsewhere. Highly recommended and wish she could clone herself so that there were more of her. Becky provided a quote and we discussed what areas we wanted her to clean and how frequently. She has been cleaning our home now for about two months and it is wonderful.

Great, I called and got an appt right away for her to come and make an estimate. She came and we talked about what I wanted and she looked around the house. She called me back with her estimate and set up the time for her to clean. She is now going to clean every other week. Very personable and gets along with my cats!!!

Becky is extremely professional. We set up a time for her to come give me an estimate during our first phone conversation. She was able to fit me into her busy schedule for the following week. Her work was very thorough. It was so nice to come home to an immaculate house after a long day at work!

Becky was thorough and engaged in what she was doing. She brought her own supplies and vacume. She did everything I asked and more. Personally she is pleasant, professional, and flexible. I asked her to do several extra things and she had no problem with staying a little longer and doing them. I am very pleased with the work she did and would call her first when I need help in the future.

Called and left my number requesting information. Called a second time and spoke to an individual who said she was cleaning and would call me back when she was finished. It's been over 72 hours and no return call. It would have been easier to just say you weren't accepting any new clients, IF that was the case. I called this company because of the Angie's List reports. I hate to be the bad guy, but at least a return call should have been made since you committed to it.

Excellent! I obtained her name from Angie's List and interviewed several candidates. She willingly supplied 3 references who gave her stellar reviews. She fits me in with another client on the same side of town. It usually takes her about 3-4 hours, and it's a very big job.

She was outstanding with cleaning.

She is wonderful. She cleans just how I would. She is always nice and doesn't get bothered if I leave reminder notes if I see something I would like done. I love that she moves my furniture to clean my floors. I love coming home to find that she has been there and the house is spotless.

She does an excellent job. All the surfaces are completely dust free and everything else is absolutely clean. When she finishes the entire house is spotless. She is the best we have ever had. We have been using her for about four months and plan on keeping her for years to come.
