Even though they came a little later than I expected, the team of women, once there, got to work right a way!!! They cleaned my baseboards and other areas I wouldn't even clean myself! My son's bathroom was recognizable again! Thanks so much Ladies! And my girlfriends just couldn't believe how nice and clean the kitchen and bathrooms were! Great job Becht Team!

They come once a month. They do an excellent job. They are always quick and professional.

I thought it was a fair price. The quality was very good. They only came once. I haven't been able to interact with them. They were here. They did the job and they left. That was it.

Well! I trust team leader Paula implicitly - thorough, ethical, good communication, good work ethic. Office staff are sensitive to needs and rights of employees as well as customers. Paula and ALL Becht staff are responsive to our needs for scheduling flexibility; our monthly service doesn't always have to be on the same day or at the same time.

We generally clean the house ourselves. We took advantage of a coupon.

I scheduled the appointment 2 weeks in advance for May 4th and specifically requested their earliest appointment because my shift at work starts at noon. I called the week before to confirm this appointment time. They were supposed to arrive between 9 and 10 am. When 10 am had come and past with no sign of them, I called to find out what the deal was and was informed that they had me down for a 1 pm appointment time. I informed them that this was not the case and that at no point in time had I been asked if my time could be moved back. They rescheduled to come the next morning between 9 and 10 am. When again, 10 am came and went with out them showing I called and was informed this time that they showed up but no one answered the door. I had to ask if they were sure they had the right house because myself and my dog were both in the living room waiting for them from 9 on. They again apologized and said they would have some one out as soon as possible. Thankfully, I had the day off and my lunch plans with my grandmother were postponed so I had time to wait for them to get there. The team of four people showed up and made sure they knew that I had already paid through Angie's List for the four hours of deep cleaning and instructed them to focus on my smallish kitchen, the full bath upstairs, and the half bath in the kitchen. I told them if they had time left over after doing the kitchen and baths to do what they could in the living room and dining room. I then retreated to my bedroom to allow them to work, which I guess was my mistake. Apparently I should have stayed downstairs to see what exactly they did while the four of them were there for an hour. My house was definitely in need of a cleaning, but was by no terms filthy. The four of them should have had plenty of time to clean the minimum rooms I had requested, but after they left and I looked at the rooms I was completely dissatisfied. I'm not even entirely sure what they did. To be fair, my toilets did look amazing, but everything else looked so "meh." Not at all what I was expecting from a "deep cleaning." The deal specfically stated they would clean the stove, outside of the fridge, wipe down baseboards, windowsills, and remove trash. None of which was done. The ring of grease on the stove top from that morning was untouched and the hard-water streaks down the front of the fridge from when the water dispenser was leaking, were completely untouched as well. From what I could tell all they did in the kitchen was wipe down the counter, wipe off the table, vacuum the rug, and then sweep and mop without moving the rugs. I know that I purchased this deal at a discounted rate but I didn't realize that meant I was getting discounted amount of effort. I really want to know what the 4 of them did for an hour in my home. I would not recommend their services and I would definitely never use them again.

It was fine. They have always done a nice job. The did forget to clean the shower floor this time.

Awesome folks, do a great job. Have had them clean my home for the past several months and have them do it on a monthly basis. They have not disappointed me at all.

Sometimes they did a spectacular job, and sometimes it looked as if nothing had been done.

I used them while I was remodeling my in-laws home. I would use them again if I were in the area.

Probably the worst house cleaning service we have ever used. There were 3 people who stayed for about 1 hr. 20 minutes, so the 4 hours is accurate. I asked to make sure they would wipe the baseboards and they said they could if we liked. I thought that was listed on their site and was why I hired them. They didn't dust anything else though. I thought dusting is just a given. The person working on the Master Bath and the one in the kitchen seemed to work well, except nothing was dusted in the Master bedroom or adjoining office/playroom. There were some cobwebs that we got down after they left. We had to do the ceiling fans, mantle, pictures, cabinets, and we went back over all the floors, since there were still dirt in the living room, laundry room and Master Bedroom. The spare bath toilet didn't look cleaned or the floor mopped. There was also no different smell afterwards, not that that is bad. But you know that clean fresh smell that you typically have when a house is freshly cleaned with cleaning products. There was none of that. Just odd, like product was even used. No one ever asked if everything was good. They just stated they were going to mop them-selves out and left. Definitely won't use them again and wouldn't recommend them

Fine - the cleaners did what was requested.

They came a little late but that was okay since they called and said they had some trouble getting here. Overall they did a good job but missed a few places. Not much but missed behind a door and some other things. I did not call an complain so since it was not a great big deal.

The quality of service or lack there of depends on the cleaning crew! They missed many obvious things such as, NOT vacuuming, NOT wiping off kitchen counters, NOT mopping floors, etc. They provide very inconsistent service. The attached photos speak for themselves. These were taken right after the cleaning crew left my house.

They did a pretty good job, although we were not present in the home during the service. I feel that, upon inspection of the job they did on things they were able to get to on my list, they could have been a bit more thorough. Scheduling was pretty easy tho, and they were responsive.

It wasnt as top to bottom as it should have been. They missed stuff and one of the cleaners was on his phone a few times.

Work was okay, I was expecting a little more to finish. Otherwise it was good

Wonderful. The house was so clean after they were done. They work in teams of 2 or 3 people so they can be shorten the elapsed time they are at the house.

Very very well. Becht Pride cleaners arrived promptly and worked within the agreed time. The house was well cleaned. I will use them again.

Arrived on time. Got right to work. Cleaners were efficient and detailed. House was spotless. My high expectations were surpassed.

They do a good job, i've used them multiple times for cleaning services. They do a great job, and are always responsive. Services went well.

The deal was for two times and we used (it) one time last fall. We have never used the second half of it. I did not know what to expect. I have never had one before. They are very prompt and it was easy to schedule. They scheduled to your convenience. The girls that came out were very professional and accommodating. They did a good job. I didn't know they didn't dust -- they don't dust furniture or anything.

They did not show up for the appointment, and then they were rude on the phone.

This posting is way late from the date of service - and this I apologize. I thought I had already submitted it. I have used this company in past and have been super pleased. However, this time, not as efficient or thorough. When mopping my hard wood floors, they used old dirty water - I still have not been able to get the residue off the wood floor. Doubtful that I will use again.
