They did what they said they would do. I think I was hopping for more. They brought their own products. A team of 3 came and gave me 4 man hours.

The deal was 4 hours of cleaning for $99. Four ladies come and worked for one hour. They were thorough, fast, and focused, and worked up till the last second, still cleaning as they exited the front door. I was impressed!

The crew did a great job! The place looked great, and they arrived on time.

Everything was fine with the service. The service was very good.

Three ladies arrived promptly and brought in their cleaning materials. I reviewed again to use no fragrances. They split up--two on upstairs baths and one downstairs. They worked off my priority list. Gave full time with lots of energy.

Went very well, they arrived a few minutes early and got right to work. Team was very friendly and responsive and diligent.

It went great.....will use in the future when needed for sure.

It turned out great. It?s worth everything. They did a good job. The house was really clean. I was really happy with it. The price was good.

The crew showed up and walked the house with my wife to discuss our cleaning needs. Once they had established what was to be accomplished, they went straight to work. They sent a crew of 4 cleaners which was nice because they could tackle the project faster and with greater focus. When we came home after work, the house looked great. They paid close attention to small details and left a checklist of everything they cleaned throughout each room of the house. We will be using them moving forward.

It went well. 3 people arrived on time and worked together to clean the house. This was a 3 hour special deal.

Cleaning people called to say they were running behind due to traffic, which wasn't a problem. When they arrived, I talked with the supervisor and she had no information. I talked to the owner and told him specifically what I was looking for - all clutter was removed and I wanted windows, bathrooms and floors all cleaned. There were four individuals who came and 3 or the 4 did a good job. However, one of the cleaning personnel was irritated when I suggested how she could move one of the windows to better clean it. I later noticed all the windows she had specifically cleaned were not done well.

It wasn't able to schedule a service in May when I needed. So, I scheduled a service for 6/17/14, but couldn't receive a time for this service. I contacted 4 days before the service date for a service time on 6/17/14 and have been told that time will be available only a day before service. The day before of a scheduled service on 6/16/14 I sent two emails asking for time. The response was after 7 pm with unacceptable time frame. It's a lack of communication and impossibility to plan a day with such short notice of offered time.

Every time I called you had to leave a message and someone would call back instead of reaching a live person. They sent out four people who worked for one hour each. The girls were very friendly and competent. They did a fine job. It wasn’t a deep clean but everything got done that I had on my list.

I had signed up for a contract to have them clean my home quarterly. They always seem like they are in a huge hurry to get the work done. I can see the swipe marks on the dining room table from when they cleaned it. Their rags are not clean when they come to my home, you can tell they have been used on the home before me. There are usually 3 or 4 people here doing the work and they are pretty professional. They usually keep to themselves.

AWESOME Crew, fast and efficient!!

Everything went well with the service. Scheduling was quick and easy, the three-person crew showed on time, and they did a lot in the time that they spent at the house. I just wish that they could have finished.

They did a great job. They were able to get my showers to sparkle getting rid of hard water stains. Everything looked great.

I was a little underwhelmed. I guess, I expected a little bit more cleaning. It was supposed to be $100 for 4 hours and if I were to get my mother in law, my wife, and me to do 4 hours of cleaning the bathrooms, it would've been a lot cleaner.

The cleaning service 'Deal' was purchased Feb. 2014. After emails to and from the owner, we told him we would be wanting service in June 2014. He told us to contact them at least 2 weeks prior to the needed date. We contacted with Becht May 23, 2014 to set up the date of June 6, 2014. He informed us that would be OK and to call back on June 2nd to firm up the date and time. We were given a time slot of 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm. We requested an earlier time but were told that was not possible. (We had another appointment previously scheduled at 4:30 pm for that same day. It was for a photographer to photo our house so it could be placed on the market for selling.) On June 6th, we waited for the service crew to arrive but they did not arrive until 3:45 pm. We knew they would not be able to complete the cleaning service by the time the photographer was due to arrive. I had tried contacting the business owner around 3:35 pm but was only able to leave a voice mail. The cleaning crew informed us they were never given any type of schedule for when they were supposed to arrive. I asked why they had not contacted us to let us know about their late arrival and they said "we do not do that, it is all handled by the owner". I then sent an email to the owner, which was answered the next day. We were very disappointed in the lack of communication displayed towards the customer. No one seemed to really know what was happening and when it would happen. The owner did offer to give us a 'free' cleaning at our new home, once we had moved and were settled.

There were still areas in my home I felt were not cleaned to my satisfaction. Overall I would give them a B.

I had purchased a package to pretty much get my entire housed cleaned. 4 ladies come to my house and did an amazing job on all three of my bathrooms. They made it look like everything was BRAND NEW again! The kitchen also looked amazing and I was being satisfied with the overall service. They worked hard the entire time and did a great job. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a great priced cleaning service.

Cleaners were very professional and friendly. My bathrooms are amazingly clean. Special shout out for removing ALL the limescale on my bathroom fixtures - we have very hard water so that is no small feat.

5 women came and I was told that 4 man hours equaled a 45 minute visit. After I explained my priorities they went to work. I wanted the kitchen and both bathrooms done first, then the living room and master bedroom. If there was any time left I had a small laundry room and a den. The kids room was so messy I was going to withhold allowance until it was done. 4 hours sounded like a lot of time and I bet that if one or two people showed and worked for 4 hrs/2 hrs they would have accomplished more. They whole job was quite superficially done from the vacuuming to the dusting to the floors. There was a thick layer of dust on the back splash in the kitchen and the wood floors were streaked to the point I had to redo it myself. They didn't have time for the den or the laundry room. I guess no one cleans your house like you do. They were very nice and I had no complaints about the staff.
