It was excellent. They accommodated our schedule. The cleaning was good and communication was via email and they responded very fast.

I was very happy with the service. The ladies were prompt, courteous and accomplished every think on my list and more. I am signing up for monthly service at a very reasonable price.

It went fine. I scheduled the service and they came when they said they would. They sent a crew of four and they stayed a little over an hour. They did a good job, were on time, and were adequate in terms of professionalism.

Everything that was promised was cleaned. It was thorough and done well. We have bought another two to four hours from them to clean again.

I bought this cleaning service back in April and was contacted right away from the owner of Becht Pride. We went back and forth a bit playing phone tag but scheduled the service for Friday May 9 between 2:30 and 3:30 pm. This was Mothers day weekend.. They did arrive on May 9 but not at the scheduled time. They had come to my house at 1:00pm and I was at a previously scheduled appointment . They did try and call the house phone and left a message. When I arrived back home 30 minutes prior to the time we had actually scheduled I immediately called the service. I spoke with the owner and found out that the crew had been sent home and would not be able to come back that day. Needless to say I was quite upset as I had spent time getting the house in order so that the cleaning would go smoothly. I was looking forward to the house being in great shape for the weekend.. The owner appolgized for the mixup but was not able to send anyone back that day.I did not have a good first impression. He was willing to work with me and get the cleaning scheduled for the following Monday. On Monday the crew showed up at the time we scheduled. There was a crew of 4 ladies and after a brief walk through of the house and my desired expectations they went right to work. Since it was a team of 4 every 15 minutes was considered an hours worth of work. I knew it might take them a bit longer then the 4 hours I purchased and I was ok with that. The crew did a good job and overall I was pleased with the cleaning job. Prior to them leaving I spoke to the crew member who seemed to be in charge about the fees for regular cleaning jobs. She gave me an estimate of what she thought the price might be but said I would have to talk with the owner. Funny thing is following the date of service I never heard anything from the company. There was no followup call or email to see if I was happy with the cleaning or to see if I would be interested in further service. Two weeks following the cleaning I did receive a thank you note. I think think the company did a good job but definitely needs to work on scheduling and follow up especially if they are interested in retaining customers.

I owned a housekeeping business for over 10 years and I would have never left any of my customer's homes without paying attention to prints on windows and doors, mopping all floors, etc. I was so disappointed in this service. My expectations were much more than I received. I would never do a call back with this company based upon the job that was done - 4 workers for one hour for a tri-level home that was not extremely dirty - just dusty from renovations - is not sufficient time for doing the work efficiently. If I choose to have someone clean our home again I will definitely call a private company with just a couple of workers - they do a much better job because it's not just about the money - they take pride in what they do.

Let me preface by saying that Ben Becht, owner of Becht's Pride, has offered a discount on my next cleaning should I choose to use them. I find that Mr. Becht is a very professional, attentive owner and easy to communicate with. Spending my hard earned money on a cleaning service is a true luxury for me and not something I can bring myself to do often. This is the second time I have used this service. The first time I used this service I didn't know what to expect having never had a cleaning service in my home before. The house was left in top notch clean condition. I realized in trying to get ready for a party that I couldn't do it all and I purchased another deal hoping to get the job done on what I realize might have been short notice. Becht's was not able to accommodate the request. I opted to delay for a while. This most recent trip started with some confusion as to whether the crew was going to clean or not and what time (this came from the crew and not Mr. Becht). The crew came, finished what I had asked them to do in three hours and were quickly out the door, not asking for any additional tasks to fill the four hours. The job just wasn't quite as thorough and as I explained to Mr. Becht, I was just somewhat disappointed in the results. Some of the specific areas that I requested be done were not given much attention. I have explained all this to Mr. Becht and as stated, he offered a discount on the next service. I would have preferred to have just been "wowed" on the service.

Four (4) representatives from Becht arrived promptly as scheduled and went to work immediately. They did a lovely job and would highly recommend them. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Went fine. We were not wowed but the great was OK.

THEY HAVE BEEN DOING A GREAT JOB. 4 GIRLS COME IN AND DO A VERY GOOD CLEANING SERVICE IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER. THEY ARE ALL VERY PLEASANT. ITS BEEN A GREAT DEAL.

The people were very nice but I think I caught them at the end of the day as they seemed tired. They sent out three people who worked for around two hours. They cleaned two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and a hallway.

I liked working with them. They sent out four people who did a general cleaning of the house for one hour.

Showed up when they were scheduled but the quality of work was disappointing. The house had been cleaned by the previous home owners, but I wanted a more detailed job. They didn't clean the fridge or the freezer, the grill on the stove, or wipe down the walls like they claimed they would. They did the cleaning but several key details were missed. Even our realtor was pointing out things that were missed. All of this for $500? The original price quoted on the phone was $600. I called to let the owner know that we were disappointed and he offered me $100 off my next clean. Doesn't really help me today get the items cleaned that they missed. Probably won't' be using that $100.

The team cleaned the bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas. This is the second time we used them and they will be back in a few weeks.

It was great! I was 9 months pregnant and just sat there with my feet up. Very friendly and professional staff!

I purchased the 99.00 special. The women in the house were very respectful of my things and cleaned carefully. I appreciated that since my usual cleaning service is sloppier and have sometimes dammage things.

The service was great....the coordination less than professional and courteous.

As I recall it went well. I'm very particular and not easily overly pleased. One problem in our house is that we both have many books and projects to deal with, and there is no way anyone other than myself can organize them as I'd like!

Many people came and they did not clean the entire house in those 4 hours. They were really expensive. They also complained. We will not use them again.

As I stated above, the job was great.

The price was right for the cleaning, they did a decent job, and the cleaners were friendly as well professional when doing the work.

Used the 4 hours cleaning for $99 special. All the work was done professionally and good value.

The ladies that came to the home did an excellent job. We left them a list of things to do in priority and they go through all of them. Having dogs, you would never know if when we return. We have always left them alone in our home and always feel safe with regards to our belongings. I would and will continue to use them again.

The are excellent. A 4 woman crew showed up in the time range they said they would and did a outstanding job in the hour they were here. I like the concept of the crew coming in and cleaning as I work from home most days and this is convenient where I do not have to leave or feel like I am the way for a half of day.

I was not there, but my brother & his wife were. The cleaning crew consisted of 3 people and they stayed for exactly the allotted time. Both my brother & I had asked that the cleaning company focus only on the kitchen & 2 bathrooms. Considering that there was one person working on each room, they did a poor job. My sister-in-law said she had to ask them to go back over things that they did "clean". One would think that the cabinets would have been cleaned, but all they did was wipe out the sinks, tubs, & countertops & run a mop over the floors (missing dirt & dust bunnies under the kick plates of the cabinets). We could have done that ourselves. I regret spending the money - this company did not meet our expectations at all.
