Everything went well. The four-person crew showed on time, did a thorough job, and was friendly and respectful while at the house.

Everything about my experience was great. My father and I had the idea to surprise my mother with the housecleaning at 10:30 pm one night. I was able to search on my smartphone, read reviews, and with him select someone to clean the house. Neither of us really know a lot about hiring house cleaning services but with over 600 reviews we knew this was a company we could trust. By 10 am the next morning I had received a response back and was able to get the appointment scheduled while at work. I didn't have to take any time off work to make phone calls and was able to do everything from my phone. The day of my mother had a very detailed list of everything she wanted done. We had purchased 4 hours not knowing how long it would take to clean our house. A crew of 3 cleaners came and stayed for an hour and 20 minutes. In that time they got almost everything done on the list! We were very impressed and will use them again in the future.

The cleaning was fine but the scheduling was difficult. They cleaned the bathrooms, floors and kitchen. I made a special request through the messaging center that they call me to discuss the scheduling. They never called me but rather showed up and luckily I was home but it was not convenient for me.

They were very courteous and helpful with scheduling. On the day of service, they arrived when they were scheduled to and kept busy the entire time.

Four smiling, happy girls came and did a wonderful job on my kitchen cabinets. They worked hard the entire time and also cleaned my microwave with the extra time left. They were great!!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. I didn't pay any additional. It was easy to schedule and they performed as expected.

Everything turned out well. The company sent a whole crew which allowed them to complete the job quickly. Furthermore, they did a thorough job and were friendly as well courteous.

From the get go the company was extremely responsive, to the point that I was very impressed. The employees showed up on time and did a fantastic job in the time allotted. We provided a list of our priorities and they mostly stuck to that, there were a few areas that I was surprised were not cleaned as we had asked but I believe that was due to the time constraint, the main areas that needed very thorough cleaning were done exceptionally well. I am hoping to have them come back out on a regular basis to help us maintain the house!

They did an excellent job, everything in the kitchen and bathrooms was sparkling, looked like new. Next time we need extra help with cleaning around the house, we will use them again. Highly recommend.

Overall impression was great, however they did not do several mirrors and one kitchen counter. And some high dusting When askedI was told because it was a timed cleaning they did the things with the greater impact so emptying trash was not one of the things they would do when timing. Generally they did a great job but I didn't realize some things wouldn't get done because of the time. I got a price for a regular cleaning and that difference would account adding a few more things.

Everyone was very professional and friendly. They did a great job. They were efficient and worked as a team to get all that I requested accomplished. They worked for the entire hour - 4 people- and completed the job.

It went fine. A crew of 4 arrived during the promised time frame. They efficiently cleaned (dusted, mopped, cleaned sinks, counters, baseboards, etc.) and did not waste time. They were very kind to our dog, who is shy.

First visit and was a special price of 99.00 for 4 hours. They wanted to know if we had specific requests / details. The two things I specified were baseboards and mini-blinds. Those were two things that were not completed. They were polite and professional but I had to finish cleaning.

The service went great and they did a wonderful job. Three people came out for the service and completed the job in about an hour and 20 minutes. They were not able to clean the entire house but they made sure to clean all of the main areas of the home. They brought their own cleaning supplies and did a great job. I had no problem scheduling the deal and they called ahead to let me know when they would be coming.

Everything turned out well. They had a good quality of work with fair pricing, and the two cleaners were courteous and timely. Ultimately, we continued using the company's services because it had done such a good job.

They are punctual and efficient. Always polite, and do a great job. I can never get my sink to look as good as they do!

They were on time. For the special, I would give them “A” but the price they gave me to clean my house without the special was high. Yes, I would use them again in the future, if their prices were down.

I purchased a Deal for $99 for four hours of service. I was able to schedule the appointment right away via email after being prompted to do so when I purchased the special. The good news is they arrived promptly and ready to work, the bad news is I wrote it down on the wrong day and wasn't expecting them. We were having work done in the house and their cleaning would have been covered in dust and debris. Even though it was my error they were very polite and offered to reschedule. Ben, who handles the scheduling was very understanding and rescheduled for the very next day. On the right day to clean, they were prompt, friendly and focused on their work. It was a team of 4 and they got through almost my entire list within one hour. Everything looked great with the exception of one bathroom floor which had smudges on it. I think that was the result of trying to finish the work before the time was up, otherwise I was very satisfied and impressed with level of customer service. I would definitely use them again

I requested all floors be washed first and followed by bathrooms being cleaned. They did a fantastic job on my bathroom tile. I had dog hair on my couch cushions and they did a great job cleaning that off, too. I was disappointed that they didn't get the floors cleaned which was my priority. I called them to see if I could arrange for them to come back to clean on a regular basis. I had one follow-up contact. Admittedly, I am very difficult to reach and it usually requires my service providers hang in there with a little phone tag. This person didn't and so now I am contacting another service. I obviously was satisfied enough to rehire them. Not sure if they were dissatisfied with me as a customer. Not really sure of the date.

Purchased service for deep cleaning through Angie's list. Four hours of cleaning done in one hour by four staff. Provided list by priority of items including cleaning cabinet fronts, bathroom walls, window casings, beyond normal cleaning (dusting, baths, mopping.) All items finished to complete satisfaction. Very energetic workers, friendly, diligent. Would definitely use their service again.
