They did not clean one of my top 3 priority areas and cheated me of 45 mins. Maybe they were running late, as they went to the wrong house first. Even though I confirmed my correct address 2 times with them. I purchased $149 Angies special for 6 hrs of cleaning. 4 people came. 3 left after 75 mins because they were "done". One closet was not vacuumed and my stair rails were not dusted. I have used them befor for my semi-annual cleaning and will use them again. But I will surely follow them around, check before they leave and hold them accountable for full time. They did not ask me to walk-throgh before they left but next time I will. Areas that they cleaned were done well.

3 staff members arrived a bit early, but these were some hard-working ladies. The scope of work was a kitchen deep clean, baseboard cleaning and bathroom cleaning. The 3 member team worked about 1.75 hours on the various tasks. This was a situation where a tenant moved out and just left it a bit dirty due to a number of kids and pets (not trashed). The ladies asked how the services were and was I pleased. I was! I would hire Becht again.

Normally when you have your house cleaned, it smells and looks good. With the holidays coming up I paid for 6 hrs as I asked them to focus on the bath rooms and all the floors. To my surprise they were done in a very short period so, I checked the work. In the MBR I took a wet cloth, to the bathroom floor, wiped and it came up filthy in every place I wiped. Kitchen floor had crumbs. Entire spots missed when dusting. When I pointed it out to the lead they took care of it but honestly, when they left I cleaned up after the cleaners. They were nice women but, since my 1st experience did not go so well I probably won’t hire them again.

I have had them several times. My house was pretty messy. I told them I needed a spring cleaning. I went in a room, closed the door, and when I came out they were finishing. The house was sparkling. I had bought a 6 hour package and I still had 30 minutes left for the next time. I will continue to hire them because they do an excellent job.

Use this service once a month. Usually have a team of three who vaccuum, dust, clean two bathrooms and kitchen. They are consistently prompt, efficient, and pleasant to be in my home. $99 was introductory price for first cleaning. I currently pay $120 for 4 hours of cleaning.

I bought a Big Deal for 2 workers for 2 hrs. I have a 2 1/2 story house so getting it cleaned in 2 hrs was a stretch, but they were up to the challenge. They worked til the last minute and got everything done but the kitchen, but managed to wet mop the floor. Great work ladies. Friendly and professional.

Sarah's team did a fantastic job cleaning my whole house. When I first came into the house, I noticed a "fresh" clean smell that was not overpowering. This is important because I am very sensitive to strong chemical smells. They covered all areas that I had requested, and were even able to clean my shower stall and door, which had some extensive mineral deposits. Becht Pride exceeded my expectations.

Pretty well. Some upper dusting was missed but it was their first time at my place and there was a lot of work to be done.

It went well. They have 2 housecleaners come which speeds up the time to get it all done. I was at the last cleaning working at home. They did a thorough job in a short timeframe that was non-disruptive to my being there.

Great! The team was very punctual and super friendly. They were in an out within an hour and it looked and smelled so much better. Will hire again for any cleaning needs.

I'm dissapointed to say I won't be hiring this company again. The results are inconsistent. The first time we used them a few years ago, they did a great job. We used them off an on over the past few years when needed, and twice now I have had to request a recleaning. Today's job was very important as we are having photos taken of our home to list it for sale. I paid extra for a "deep clean" but immediately upon returning home I could tell the hard wood floors had not been properly cleaned. There was visible debris and crumbs, dust bunnies, etc. throughout the first floor and the rugs did not appear vacuumed either. Apparently there was a mishap and they didn't bring a vacuum, and tried to use mine but my cordless was not charged so I believe they only did the upstairs carpeted rooms. At best, they lightly ran a mop over the hardwoods, which was not sufficient. I specifically requested the window sills and casing in a couple of rooms to be thoroughly cleaned - this was ignored. My end table needed a good cleaning - it was not touched at all. I could tell they didn't use any elbow grease when cleaning my dining table. They did do a good job cleaning the inside of the oven and microwave. They also left my bathroom trash in a bag on my front porch which I felt was pretty unprofessional. I have always had great, quick communication with Ben, the owner, and they always offered to fix the mistake which is why I kept using them but this time was too dissapointing. We will not be hiring them again. My husband and I spent the evening cleaning the items that did not get done.

the girls were friendly and professional. I was kind of confused, when they said one hour instead of 4 hours. but they sent 4 girls and they did get it done in one hour.

The mark of a great company is how well a problem is solved and accepting accountability. Becht Pride is my regular cleaning service. I am putting my home on the market for sale and have needed the service more recently more than my normal once a month service. I emailed Ben (the owner) to ask for 6 hours service to include cleaning my bottom freezer. I put out a cooler for the cleaners to put the frozen food in while they cleaned. I came home from work after the cleaning and just opened the fridge once to get a beverage. The next day I noticed the fridge was getting warm. Sure enough it wasn't working. I adjusted the dial and it didn't come on. As it turns out, the central control for the entire fridge is located in the freezer below the main fridge and didn't know the fridge had been turned off. I had to wait until Monday for an appliance repair guy (who Ben recommended) and he discovered the fridge had not been turned back on. I wrote to Ben and told him I lost a lot of food and had to pay the appliance service bill. He agreed to waive all charges for the service that day. His communication is so service first / customer right focus, I can't say enough how rare that is. When I move to a condo, I'm taking his service with me. This event, and how it was handled, has made me very loyal.

It went well. They arrived as scheduled and were professional and polite. They used four people for 1 1/2 hours. While it IS a relief to have the house looking and appearing clean it's in the details as to HOW clean. The reason they can get done so quickly is because they don't clean as thoroughly as I would clean. For example, the toilet seats, the area behind the toilet seats and the bottom of the toilet bowls were still soiled. They also did not wipe off the top of the stove nor dust any of the hanging ceiling lamps that are within arms reach. There were other little items that were not dusted either. I also saw where they missed several areas on the kitchen counter that I later wiped down. Granted, I didn't need to reclean everything and what I did reclean didn't take that long. It's just that when you pay money to have it done you don't want to have to find things so noticeable. That said, as cleaning services go they did a good job. I know they have a schedule to keep and can't afford to be too finicky. That is why I'd NEVER make any money cleaning houses!
