They did a great job. Very professional and on time.

Ok...When they arrived, I immediately could smell the cigarette smoke on them. I went through my priority list and said my husbands 1st priority was the shower. I thought the house looked good but the shower didn't seemed clean. He wasn't happy with it.

She was pleased. She said she would give them 8 out of 10....the dusting could have been better but everything else was fine.

They did a fantastic job! They were very responsive to my request for scheduling and did a lovely job cleaning my place.

I asked if they would wash the woodwork (cabinet doors, wood shutters, baseboards) - this did not get done. The floors and kitchen looked good. I know how long it takes to clean this condo thoroughly - have done it myself. With 4 people working, I was surprised by what they didn't do. Instead of washing the woodwork, they dusted. They did wash the wood floors.

Cleaned In and Out. Very much pleased with their work.

I would probably not use them again. They put in the "Big Deal" but I did not realize and I was not told that it's a 4-hour cleaning service, however, they bring 2 people out so they are only here for 2 hours. They could not clean my house in that time period. They might have come 6 weeks after it was purchased because of their availability, they could not get it scheduled immediately. I thought the price was fine, in fact I thought it was actually very inexpensive but again I didn't realize that it was 2 people only for 2 hours.

They arrived promptly. They were a four hour crew and worked for an entire hour. They did a good job and I have used them again.

Good job done. Got stains out of toilets that were hard to remove.

Wow. If you want a clean house with super sweet ladies. Ask for Team Heather. They arrived on time, were super fast, friendly and professional. I've been to houses that have cleaning services and notice things are not tip top. When these ladies left, I looked around and saw a house that was as clean, as how I would have cleaned. And that makes me happy!!! Also, I coordinated the appointment with Ben. You responded each and every time quickly! Great company.

The resources showed up early. Worked continuously during the time at our home. They did a great job!

They were very punctual. I have used their service 3 times now, but won't again. This company sends crews of 4 ladies. The first time I had a wonderful crew and they all worked very hard and surpassed my wishes. The second crew was not very good at all. The last crew was not much better. I would be willing to do this if I could have the first crew sent all the time, although I think it is overpriced for a special.

Everything was good. There were no additional charges and they did a good job. It was a good price.

Great experience!!! We purchased this Big Deal for our new home and they were great at working with our schedule so we could get all the rooms cleaned before we moved in. The girls that came were very nice and completed everything on my wife's "To-Do" list and even a couple of extra items that we didn't even ask for! Would definitely hire this company again!

It went well. They did a nice job.

The crew consisted of 4 persons who stayed for an hour. Each took an area from my priority list and worked in that area for the whole hour except for the person who cleaned around the vaulted ceilings. She also cleaned the hall bathroom. It was the last item on my list since it is only occasionally used. I would rather have had the bedrooms vacuumed and dusted, as they were listed higher on my list. The only vacuuming and dusting done was in the living room. They were very thorough, but I would rather they had covered more area then dusting "under" the furniture. The hour went so fast. I just don't feel that I got $280 worth of cleaning.

I didn’t like it at all. I liked one lady who was supposed to be the team lead and she was working fine but the other two were literally not good. There is no point in sending three people when one does pretty much everything and the others are just touch base. It wasn’t that excellent to be honest but it’s just that they got the job done little bit okay but not that I would recommend anybody. The one lady who was cleaning pretty much was doing a pretty good job but the areas that the other two covered weren’t so good. It didn’t meet my standards, be it like polishing the kitchen cabinets or wiping it clean, was still sticky here and there and it wasn’t professional. The price was pretty much what they told. The reason I called them was because basically I needed a thorough cleaning like the airings. I asked the lady and she said that she wiped it once but the thing is not going. They need to literally stand up and they don’t get anything in the first place. So they are pretty much on the floor and they are trying to reach and clean high. So they didn’t have the equipment’s I guess may be a step stool or ladder. I did tell her specifically this is what I was looking for the grease to go and it wasn’t even cleaned. They didn’t do the windows and I don’t know whether the windows is different package all together but at least the inside of the windows I expected them to wipe down and the shutters to be wiped but instead they were dusting which I do normally like dusting with the swifter which is not a big deal. They were not people who took their extra time but they were three people working to at least spray and wipe it down clean and things like that. Our house wasn’t that messy at all in the first place and all they had to do was to take that extra care but I wasn’t happy for professional cleaning. I guess for professional cleaning that is what they charge but I had other company come in for much lesser price and do a better job than them. I wouldn’t say it is a good price for my size home. They showed up on time and towards the end it was just like a hurry. The sweeping and mopping the floor just happened in 15minutes and that was like quick and I wasn’t happy with that like how they hurried up things in the end. If all three of them had worked at the same pace or pretty much at least a little bit low then they would have covered pretty much everything in a good amount of thing. Their punctuality was good as they came in at the right time and they left pretty much at the right time.

I thought 2 of the girls did a good job, but two were not as thorough as I would hope. I had been ill so the house had quite a bit of cleaning to do. Each girl took a room for one hour. Two of the rooms were very well done and two were not. If I was to get one of the girls for 4 hours or 2 for two hours I am sure it would be great in the future.

It was fine. I have an 1800 sq. ft home that they cleaned.

Melissa and her crew was great. It had been a long time since this place was cleaned and they did a great job.

They did a good job for the discounted price.

I gave the workers a list of rooms to clean. They were able to get to most of my home, but not all which didn't surprise me given the time allowed to clean. They did an adequate job cleaning, but such details as the soap dish in the bathroom or the cobwebs behind a door were missed.

They contacted me by email for scheduling. When I had to reschedule, they were very accommodating. They will come out on September 22nd for the work.

Unfortunately, it was just a mediocre experience which resulted primarily from their reticence to do the work in the manner that I asked. This was frustrating since the company made it seem as though their workers would be fine with special directions or special requests.
