Very positive experience. Originally had requested a cleaning date close to the Thanksgiving Holiday. When I was contacted indicating this would not be possible, I was a bit frustrated since there was not a disclaimer stated in the offer. That said, I was contacted by the Service Provider - very professional and we decided upon a date that was as close to the holiday as possible. The team arrived mid afternoon. They were professional and ready to work. They did an outstanding job (Annette, Rhea, Sherry and Lana) and even took initiative and cleaned area's we had not identified. It was a pleasure to work with Becht Cleaning and I would certainly recommend them as well as use them again.

i contacted Becht last week via email regarding a deep cleaning appointment for our home. They were able to schedule the appointment within days and honored a discount from Angie's List which was a great value. I left a list of items to be cleaned (as requested) and the list was followed and our house looks wonderful. When I spoke with them on the phone for payment they were very professional. In the 12 years that we've owned our home we've only had our home professionally cleaned a few times and by 2 other companies. Becht Pride surpasses the others by far. Thank you to them and the team who came out to our home today!

The company was on time and friendly. There were some items left undone but we were unsure how to communicate our wants and expectations to the provider.

They're very thorough and they address any concerns promptly. They have teams that rotate with the cleanings and they're good about scheduling. They do an excellent job with the kitchen and bathrooms especially. I have appointments booked February of 2015.

I wasn't present when the work was being done nor had I critically evaluated the "before" condition so it's hard to judge the job they did. I'll be moving into a clean house.

Becht Pride Cleaning Services is great. I gave them short notice to clean my house before a get-together, and they were able to fit me in, luckily. They always do a fantastic job, focusing on the list I give them. I have them come quarterly.

The team worked extremely efficiently and did a great job. They were able to clean more than I thought they would in the 4-hr. time slot.

Three young women arrived on time; read my prioritized list and started working immediately after clarifying a few things. Each had their own equipment and cleaning supplies. Because I had hired them on a deal for four hours of cleaning for $99, that meant they worked for one hour and twenty minutes. They were able to complete my list and did a very thorough job. I was very pleased with the results.

It went great! Katie, Heather and Angel all did an outstanding job. They were right on time, very friendly and pleasant to work with. They had asked me to have an itemized list ready prior to their arrival and I apologetically failed to do so, and from the instructions I gave them upon arriving - they did a great job of doing everything I asked. The only reason I give a B for quality is due to some windowsills that had not been dusted thoroughly, but that's really nitpicking to be honest. I would have them back to clean my house in a heartbeat. Very happy with my Big Deal purchase!

They did not do a very good job cleaning. I felt that it was not as thorough a job as I would have done myself.

They were excellent - got right to work and did everything that I requested in a professional manner. I liked to people they sent out to do the work. Very nice experience. I appreciated the thoroughness of the owner/manager and that he got back in touch with me to see how it went.

They were fabulous. I had to reschedule with them several times and they did the downstairs; they’ll be back to do the upstairs.

It went well, got what we paid for and then decided to continue service with them.

Wanted wood floors deep cleaned, however they cleaned more superficially.

The 1st time I used them was 3 weeks ago while we were on vacation. I had them come & do an initial deep cleaning. Then set up to have them come every 2 weeks. I hate cleaning and this is the best thing I've ever done. 4 ladies come with all the supplies and get right to work. I was there with my daughter for this weeks cleaning and they were all very nice. They left a sheet that showed what they had done and that was it. Becht had the best price for the deep cleaning and a very reasonable price for the continuing service.

Four people came over to clean the house. It was for four hours of cleaning, but each person only did one hour of work. I felt it was a waste of money. I feel like if I had called one person, she could have got much more done than these four did in that time. They didn't really utilize the time well. It was a total waste. I would not use them again, nor would I recommend them.

Sarah, Jean, Lana and Shannon was the team that was here and they were amazing with their professionalism, courtesy, punctuality and thoroughness. They cleaned every surface in the kitchen from the floor to the ceiling literally cleaning the ceiling and the ceiling fan! Same thing in the bathroom. They also dusted all of my pictures on the walls, the furniture, behind the curtains, window sills, baseboards, window seat, vacuumed, and they even cleaned the inside window of the front porch door! I am absolutely thrilled with the job they did. They were so friendly and pleasant. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again.Great job ladies!
