The owners were very professional and accommodating. The price was high but they did a good job.

I told the crew that I wanted to be able to give them a rave review when the boss emailed me for feedback (which he always does). They really did a great job!

We originally had them come to do a first clean through a Big Deal purchased on Angie's List. We were so impressed with the work that we now have them come on a weekly basis.

This was a great service for the price. Really on top of things during the cleaning.

It went well. I've had them here before and, once again, they did a great job!

Very punctual and did an excellent job. Got right to work - 3 people for 80 minutes, so it went fast. Floors were spotless and everything dusted and fingerprints removed fromlight switches, etc. Also die inside of several windows.

We bought a Big Deal and they were busy so scheduling wasn't as easy as I would have liked, but they worked to fit us in and did a great job. We would use them again.

The service went well. Four cleaners came out and completed the job in about an hour. They were not able to clean the entire house in the four hours. They did do a nice job with the areas they did clean and they brought their own cleaning supplies. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

Did a good job of cleaning. They were friendly and professional. They did everything I asked them too.

Update on 2/10/16: Becht's way of dealing with this review was to continue to offer me a free cleaning service rather than a refund...like I'd want to bother having them back again.

The were on time, prompt and very professional. I had some trouble with scheduling but the owner was very responsive once I called an even worked with my schedule to ensure that the staff came at a time tat worked for me. Initially he told me they would come on the 20th but didn't provide a specific time. HE said they would call the evening prior but that was not conducive to my schedule. I am not sure if that is how they typically do things but once I said that was an issues, he quickly made arrangements to come first thing. The staff that came to clean were very through and respectful. The owner had asked that I come up with a priorty list to provide the cleaning crew. I did this and they did an excellent job honoring my requests. The owner even called the next day to make sure I was happy with the services and to follow up. Overall, very professional, they work quickly and did a great job. Will definitely hire them in the future.

It went very well. I could find fault with nothing that they did! I would most certainly use them again in the future.

Cleaned house, but not as thorough as other services I have used.

I purchased the $99 cleaning special for three people to come and they showed up when they said they would. The ladies did a great job cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms. Those rooms looked better than the day I moved into my house three years ago. They were sparkling clean. Since there is a time limit it's best to have a prioritized list of what you absolutely have to have done. They will work their way down the list and I was very satisfied with what they were able to get cleaned and get much of my list done and managed to also do the vacuuming.

I was not there, but my daughter called to let me know what a great job they did. I think there was one person who worked 4 hours. My daughter would recommend this person highly and spoke of having her back to do some cleaning in her new house.

The bathroom was really bad! When they were finished. It looked great! I didn't look close enough at what the service included and excluded. They don't do dishes. Which was disclosed before I hired them. That does make sense because it does take up to much time. I will look closer at the services.

Everything I requested to be cleaned was done to my satisfaction. Most items, especially the bathroom, were sparkling. If I use this provider again, I would like the grill from the bottom front of the refrigerator be removed and cleaned. Otherwise, I have to do that chore myself.

The provider was very responsive and flexible and did a nice job cleaning. Good deal for the price.

I had an appointment schedule for today at 2pm. They didn't show up and called me at 3:30pm. I did not wish to reschedule another appointment and requested a refund for the Big Deal.

Preparing for holiday company we arranged for 3 of their cleaners to come in for 1.5 hours. They were dilligent, worked consistently and did an excellent job. I would use them again.

They are efficient and good at what they do. I would recommend them to others.
