I purchased Angie's Big Deal coupon primarily to get deep cleaning of a shower and a shower/tub which had been neglected for a long time and I was unable to get clean. Belinda and Kara worked very hard for almost an hour each on the tub/showers with impressive results. The remainder of the 4 labor hours was spent by them and Heather doing basic housecleaning. They were all professional in their attitudes and communication with me and each other. I will definitely use their services again.

The team arrived 30 minutes early and did a fabulous job cleaning the house. They went the extra mile by dusting the tops of fans and windows, cleaning the stovetop grates, and even wiping down the handprints on the doors.

My experience was really good. There were three people here for about an hour. A fourth person showed up for the last 30 minutes. They were quick and efficient. They did a good job. They were very helpful on the phone and had me prioritize what I wanted done in the appointment. They went above and beyond.

It worked out ok. I activated it then had to wait another 6 weeks or so. Then the person arranging it did not know about the deal. They did a good job with the cleaning. We have a smaller house so they send 2 people instead of 3 now. The cleaners generally do a good job and thorough job. They are friendly with customer service on the phone. I was able to give them a key to my house and got a regular cleaning day. Sometimes they send different people and I get a call because they do not know how to work the lock.

They are very focused and get every spot. They worked down a priority list that I made and worked so hard that it made me tired watching them!

I used the coupon offered by Angie's List. It took a little time to get an appointment, but we landed on a Monday between 10:00 - Noon. I adjusted my schedule to accommodate the walk-through that I knew I would need to do with the housekeepers. At 12:00, no one had arrived. I made several calls to Becht, only to be connected with their voice mail. I left a few voice mail messages asking where they were. Around 1:00, the housekeepers arrived. I was on a conference call when they arrived at the door and would be unable to accommodate Becht's revised schedule. I told the housekeepers that I was on a call and would not be able to allow them in my home since I wouldn't be able to work with them. Finally, someone from Becht called me. He was very defensive and wanted to know why I had turned them away. I explained to him that I was provided with a two-hour window, which I built into my schedule that day. He informed me that they tried, but were unable to make that window. He suggested that the windows are only an estimate. I was floored by his lack of concern for me as a customer and was more eager to defend their scheduling process. He insisted that he wanted to make it right, so I allowed them to reschedule for Friday, November 13th. The housekeepers arrived on time. After conducting a walk-through, the housekeepers began cleaning. At the end of their time, they told me they were finished and walked me through the house. It looked fine. The supervising housekeeper informed me that Becht would call me and schedule my next cleaning appointment. I'm still waiting for that call ... never happened. Also, there were a couple places they missed. One was the downstairs fireplace mantle. It wasn't touched. When I hire service providers, I prefer not to have to work hard to ensure that they arrive on time, or do their job, or follow up on promised calls. I'm a very busy professional and would like to expect professionalism from those I hire. I understand that housekeeping is a tough business, but I am seeking someone who will provide quality, timely, and friendly service ... with no drama.

The team that arrived at my home was extremely professional, worked well together, and did an amazing job. My only regret is that I didn't buy more time!!!

My experience with Becht Pride was great. The crew arrived EARLY - so it was off to a good start. The crew leader asked to see my prioritized list of tasks I wanted performed. She promptly gave each of the crewmembers an assignment and they went to work. I didn't see anyone standing around or wasting time - they used the full time I paid for and they made it further on the list than I thought they would. Things looked nice and smelled great. They were also prompt about leaving - I like that they kept things on schedule.

The service was fine. They were very nice and they did a nice job. The only drawback for me was that they had a crew of 4 here and as a result some of the items on my list got repeated. Next time I would prefer a smaller crew for a longer time as it would be easier ensure my list of items got completed.

The service went very well. They did some general cleaning. My wife had some specific areas they wanted done, and they did exactly what we asked them to do. There were 4 of them who came out and they did exactly what we wanted them to do. They did it quickly, were pleasant and were out of here. When they left, there wasn't anything we wished they had done, and they hadn't.

It went fine. There was no additional cost. It was a pretty typical housecleaning. They did a good job. I wasn’t overwhelmed beyond expectations. They did pretty much what I asked them and did a great job.

Very fast response from Ben with a quote and then with scheduling. He was able to send a crew out the next day for us and they did a wonderful job! We are very pleased and will be using their services again for sure!

I had a little trouble with scheduler but workers provided adequate notification prior to arriving. Work was done under my direction and in a satisfactory manner.

They were polite & professional. I read all their material and prepared my condo before they came so they got a lot done. Team lead by Elisha and they were all focused on their tasks. Enjoyed having them. The next Monday my computer crashed badly, had three weeks of repaired, had to buy new one, finally got all off my backup; I have been out of touch. They were a great team.

A team of 3 cleaned the house. I have used this company on more than one occasion and they have always done a great job. They are efficient and there is always a follow up call to make certain you are satisfied.

Becht had excellent communication as was very courteous and responsive. They requested a priority list in order to best plan their day, and did an excellent job on our target areas, especially the kitchen. Stove top, countertops, floor, cabinets, tables, and the hall bath we all very thoroughly cleaned. Would purchase again.
