I am so pleased with the work this team did in getting my house sparkling clean. They were friendly, professional, thorough and even asked if they could come earlier than scheduled! I highly recommend their service and I definitely will use them again. One of the team asked me if would be OK if she played some music while she worked. I didn't have any problem with that. However, when she saw that I was working from my phone, she did not turn it on. I really appreciated her consideration and thoughtfulness. Thank you for getting my house clean and in shape for the Spring!

It was a good experience. We were very pleased with almost everything - I walked into a beautifully clean kitchen! They didn't get the hard water stains removed completely but they did other things I wasn't expecting, which looked GREAT! We have a troublesome copper kitchen sink and it shined. Our stainless steel appliances were super clean as well.

Four cleaners arrived at my house well within the time quoted and they tackled all the tasks I outlined. They got some stains out that we have never been able to and left our house in great shape. I definitely hope to use them again in the future!

Four women arrived and worked for the hour I purchased. They were VERY thorough and communicated well with me about getting what I wanted done accomplished. I will likely have them back regularly. They were friendly with my very talkative 6yo daughter who was home at the time. Price is right in line with other companies but they are very good about responsiveness. Every time I sent something I heard back within 24hours.

Ladies came in with thier own cleaning supplies and immediately set to work at the tasks I had for them. Friendly, professional, sourteous. Windows and oven were sepaate but that was OK. They did an excellent job and I was greatful for the quick and efficient help.

I bought a coupon on Angie's list for 4 hours of cleaning for $99. I was skeptical with regard to how this would work, but, it was perfect. The entire experience from beginning to end was easy and flawless. I got a response within 24 hours of buying the coupon and requesting scheduling. Scheduling was completed within 48 hours and 2 emails for a date that was convenient for me. Sue and her crew (3 people all together) showed up within the quoted time window (12-4) and called 15 min before they got here with all the cleaning supplies needed. They were incredibly professional, friendly, and organized. They cleaned for 1 hour and 20 minutes. I have an approximately 3300 sf home with 2 full baths and 2 half baths. They did a fantastic job. I consider myself to be picky where the cleanliness of my home is concerned. But, they left no stone unturned, even re-made beds, dusted for cobwebs, took out trash, and cleaned the microwave inside and out (which is a kind of test to me!). They were in and out in an hour and a half, and my house was thoroughly cleaned from top to bottom. I was thoroughly impressed and have requested to start monthly routine cleanings. Don't hesitate!

It was good. I didn't pay more than the Big Deal price. I wasn't that impressed where I would use them again but I wasn't upset either. It was mediocre I guess.

It was very nice. I like that. They came out right away. They did a wonderful job. Four of them came out, four girls and so it ended up being 2 hours. I even gave them tips. They were best.

To start with, I had scheduled the cleaning on the evening of the 25th as there was a ceremony at my house that morning. They showed up in the morning. Since I was busy with the ceremony, I could not stay and supervise their work. They did a horrible job of cleaning the kitchen. None of the cabinets were cleaned. The cooking range was sprayed with something and given a few light strokes as if hard scrubbing would hurt it. The vents above the microwave were left untouched. They did not clean the kitchen floor either. At the end, the place looked exactly the same as it was before they arrived. One woman spent 15-20 mins trying to remove imaginary cobwebs while all the dirt was left uncleaned. I pointed out dirty spots on the counter top and on the oven but she just said that "the dirt wont go" or "I do not know what to get it off with". The shower was cleaned decently but none of the light fixtures were touched. I feel cheated. I could have done the same amount of cleaning in less than an hour. I do not know what experience the "A" rating customers had but this is definitely not what I had in mind, A bunch of amateurs. And I do not understand what the "Pride" is for. Hopefully not their quality of work.

This was just completed yesterday and they did very well. They were thorough. I've used them before and they've always been pleasant.

Everything was good. There were a couple people here doing the work. They completed what i had asked them to. The housecleaning was very good.

Showed up on time. Stayed even a couple minutes over to be sure to finish the floors. Wiped everything down and were very thorough. Nice job!

They were very quick to give us and estimate and we hired them. They showed up on time and did a fantastic job in getting the house ready to go on the market. They were efficient and quick while doing a great job.

I was billed $99.00 for 4 hours of house cleaning and they never called me. I was ripped off. What made it worse was I was expecting my house to be cleaned before my family Christmas . I ended up doing it myself and was worn out before the party started. I need to find out how I can get my money back. Please help!

I've used this company before and I love the owner. He's a great communicator. We've used them in the past and have been very happy. We had a new crew this time, and the cleaning was not nearly as good as in the past. I contacted the owner and he responded right away and wanted to make things right. I will still use them in the future, but with a different cleaning crew. In the past, my cleanings have always been excellent.

They were very responsive. They let me know the approximate time when they're supposed to show up. They showed up when they were supposed to. There were 4 people who came. They were in and out within an hour. I have a dog and they're really great with her.

They were ok. 3 guys came out and did an ok job. They were responsive and the management was good. They may not be my first choice when I look out for cleaning services again.

I am a repeat customer and LOVE everyone from Becht. They are hardworking, friendly, fast, and GOOD!
