Quick and pretty thorough. One area rug could have been vacuumed better.

I would not hire this company or recommend them to anyone. However, the one member of the crew did a very good job, and she was not the one in charge.

I was able to schedule the appointment the day I needed it, and the staff did a good job.

I cancelled my service yesterday because the crew didn't even touch my toilet or my bathroom sink when they came to clean in the afternoon. The owner also promised that he would have a better crew come, and he failed to follow through on that promise. These are just two issues that I had with them. After 3 months of addressing service issues, I couldn't justify paying them anymore. The worst experience that I had was when one of the crews left most of my lights on( it wasted electricity, as no one was home) and left the filthy towels they had used to clean the bathroom all over my hallway. I gave Becht Pride ample opportunity to "clean up their act", but they failed miserably.

For house cleaning I used a company through group on a while back and I think their name is Becht Pride Cleaning Services. I think the cost was a discounted thing because I got it like a group on and you pay like so much for so many hours. I thought they did a good job. I don't get my house cleaned very often so it was nice to get my house cleaned by somebody else other than me. They did a good job. The price was an offer and I don't know what their standard rates are. I would use them again in the future, probably if I see another offer from them. I think I will try them another time.

When I scheduled a date I was told I couldn't get an ETA until the day before the cleaners were supposed to come out. As someone who has a pretty strict schedule usually, this was quite annoying, but I do understand not everyone works the way I do! Side-note/Suggestion, if you're going to run your business that way, I feel a courtesy call the night before would be appreciated instead of the customer having to contact the company and ask. A minor annoyance really, but an annoyance nonetheless. When I called, I was given a window of 3-4PM, when I told the owner that I was supposed to pick up my daughter by 4PM so those time frames wouldn't work with my schedule, he moved me up to 1-2 time slot which I did appreciate. 2:10/15 rolled around and nobody had showed up yet. I shot him a text and was informed that a team was on their way and that they would be at my house in about 20 mins. Again, I'm on a pretty tight schedule so being told a time frame just to have them show up 30 mins after the latest time given, I was extremely put off. The team of cleaners arrived, introduced themselves and asked me to walk them through and show them what all I wanted done. They were amazing, got to work right away, they were quick and very professional. They even tackled areas I didn't expect them to. They were done in less than an hour and the place looked amazing. All and all, I would definitely hire again, next time I would just make sure I had more time to sit and wait around.

Purchased a total of 10 hours of cleaning time for $299. Service arrived at 245 pm with 3 cleaners who were on site until 5:15 Most parts of the cleaning were exceptional. some were completely missed. I contacted the service and they offer to send someone out to do the missed work did not have another afternoon to commit to that. They then offered $50 my next service. While most of the service was exceptional some dusting; bedroom furniture, corners, behind items were completely missed. I am uncertain at this point if I would reuse the service. I would not consider this deep cleaning as listed. The cleaning professional did do a walk through with me before leaving. I did not notice the missed places until later in the evening. I am sure they would have tended to them at the time if I had noticed then.

Service went great! Becht Pride was very professional, and did a great job. Very punctual, and even did a few extra items of cleaning for us that we weren't expecting. Very good overall.

The crew was fine but did not clean thoroughly. One very dirty spot at the top of a cabinet that I pointed out to the team leader before the cleaning was completely missed. I did not micro-manage and watch their every move but it made me wonder if they wiped down the outside of the cabinets or not so I ended up going back over them myself later. When I did, the cabinets were very dirty still so there is no way the cleaning crew wiped them out as I asked. The outside of the cabinets had dust on them. The drawers even had crumbs in them! We did a final walk-through but I didn't notice the missed spots till after they left. Ugg. Overall, I think they did fine on the floors but were not thorough enough to make things really clean... The owner did contact me via email and refunded my money. I felt he was fair and apologized appropriately. If I need cleaning again in the future I would give them another chance because while the initial cleaning was not up to par, they did try to make it right. Thank you.

The scheduling and communication was great. I had a day and time window scheduled for 2-3pm. I left a key and a list of things to be completed. When I returned home at 4pm, no cleaning service had showed. I was upset because I had a narrow time frame for work to be completed and was ensured this would not be an issue. 2 hours after our scheduled appointment, I received a call and an explanation that they were short staffed. I don't know why they couldn't have called much earlier in the day and stated this was the situation. I would've been more understanding if explained before the missed appointment rather than 2 hours after. Anyway, we were able to reschedule and they completed the work. The house was cleaned, smelled nice and looked good. I would hire them again.

this was $99 for four hours of cleaning. there were three people who spent a little bit over an hour cleaning. they were in a rush, haphazard and did not do a good job. it was very obvious that they were not interested and did a very poor job .I would never hire them again or recommend them to anybody.

Not well, I guess I didn't read the SMALL print. She didn't even run the vacuum - I even provided a list. The second cleaning was much better because I had complained.

The ladies were very polite and professional. They listened to all instructions and asked questions on details. They took no breaks. When they arrived they got right to work and left leaving a fresh house behind. We would be very comfortable inviting them back.

I underestimated how efficient/thorough they would be! They ask for a prioritized list of tasks, and they got through my whole list! Instead of stopping when the list was complete, they also tidied and vacuumed the loft area upstairs, which was a welcome bonus. I plan on scheduling their housecleaning monthly.

4 women, 1 hour + clean house. Great.

It was okay; wasn't the best. It was just so rush that there isn't much done. I would probably not call them back. They came and went to the house and sent in two people; I would have paid more when they have done it right. I would not use them again. I paid too much for what they did. They did contact me right away.

They did an unbelievable job. I can't believe what they accomplished in that time. I couldn't have been happier with the service. Very polite and punctual as well. I will definitely use them again.

Great job!!! Cleaned our 3&1/2 baths, kitchen and family room in the 4 man hours that I paid for. I would recommend to anyone.

Finished everything on my list of priorities; did a very good job. Very professional in the scheduling. Sent a nice thank you note afterward.

Everything was fine.There were 4 people for an hour. There were no additional charges. They did a great job, and we were trying out different companies to see who we could hire. The only reason I wouldn't use them is because they charge a trip charge for where we are, and we are looking for someone who is closer and won't charge a trip charge. They charged us the trip charge.
