I would say the cleaning was anything but professional. This was an empty house because I hadn't moved in yet so they didn't have anything to clean around or furniture to dust. Nothing was clean when they left. Dusty window sills, filthy shower and tub. One of the people kept going outside because they didn't feel well, yet the group stayed exactly 2 hrs., so really didn't get 8 hrs. Of cleaning. I showed the supervisor the dirty window sill in one room and she had someone clean it, but not all the other dirty/dusty areas. I didn't pursue the situation any further because at that point I just wanted them to leave. This was definitely NOT what I'd expect to be 'professional' house cleaning.

The crew that came out did a fantastic job cleaning my house. I clean my own house regularly, and I have to say I never get my house as clean as this crew did. They were punctual, professional, thorough and fast. After I communicated what I wanted done, the team said they would have no problem getting all of it done in the time allotted. Once I got myself and my dogs out of the way, as I was working from home at the same time, they went to town and didn't stop until everything was super clean. I liked how they did the floors, cleaned the fridge, cabinets, stovetop and counters. The cleaning crew needed no instructions or explanations at all, they just hopped to it and got everything super clean. They even scraped some dried gunk off of counters to get them clean, which i really appreciated and would not have expected. I will absolutely be hiring Becht Pride again.

Jenni and her team were here at our discussed time, pleasant, friendly and got right to work. They cleaned my large kitchen and 2 1/2 baths, vacuumed hallway & stairs. 3 girls were here so they did it in a jiffy. Sparkling clean tubs & floors, smelled fresh when they left. I would definitely hire them again!! Thank you for a Great Job!!

I called on Monday morning and got the owner. He was able to fit me in that afternoon, which was great since I was working with a deadline. The house had been occupied by 3 college age boys for 2 years (need I say more). The bathrooms and kitchen were pretty bad. Jenni and her co-worker showed up right on time and were friendly and professional. I left them to their work and returned 3 hours later. I was amazed at what they had done in 3 short hours. The bathroom and kitchen looked wonderful. Jenni was just upset that she didn't have time to do everything that she wanted (I had bought a 6 hr pkg - 2 people 3 hrs). You could tell she just wanted to tear into the place and make it spic and span. I was totally impressed with the Jenni, her coworker and the staff at the office. I will definitely be using them again. I highly recommend them.

Their crew showed up when scheduled but I had to schedule 3 weeks out. Three people came in and worked for about and hour and 20 minutes each which equaled 4 hours total. They did acceptable work but it is not what I needed as a long term solution. I hav e hired and individual to clean every other week which is more what I wanted.

The cleaning was satisfactory. However, they closed up one of my cats in a closet. They cleaned while I was at work, so the cat was closed up until I came home from work.

I purchased four hours of housecleaning. A crew of four came for one hour and completed the task. They were friendly and started their job immediately upon arrival. I am pleased with the outcome.

Company was professional, and fast. Did good job in time allotted.

Called at 0900 and left message for ETA. No return call. I called back at 1100 and man answered and said would arrive between 2 to 3. At 4:30 called and left message as still had not arrived. Did not retun call. Called again at 4:45 and man answered and said would ck and call me back. Did return call this time and said didnt know only had 3 cleaners instead of 4 on team and running behind. Arrived before 5 pm!! I took day off for this and didnt even need to waste a day off as arrived so late. Had printed off list of what the service does and had prioritized as i had been asked to do onthe list but lead cleaner said didnt clean kitchen appliances or something. It was rediculous! Which was on the list! This is the first negative review i have posted. And i am not even picky but this was an awful day.

They were nice. The company has rules on no dishes and no cluttered areas.

I would definitely use Becht Pride again. We had a team of 3 very professional, thorough house cleaners who worked quickly through my priority list and cleaned my house from top to bottom! My 2 bathtubs actually glistened in the light!! Price is very reasonable and service is excellent. Do not hesitate to ask to ask for Sarah and her team - they were terrific - and Ben, the owner, was extremely responsive to all of my inquiries.

It went very well. There was a crew of 4 ladies and they were very fast and thorough. The house looked great and nothing was broken. (the last 2 services we hired each broke at least one item in the house)

Cleaning was good. We got rescheduled twice. That is my only complaint

Great experience! I called the owner on Friday and we were able to schedule the cleaning for the following Tuesday. They arrived when expected and were very friendly over the phone. I thought the price was fair and the quality of work was what I hoped for. Thanks for the great work!

The cleaning experience was average at best on this occasion. I had used this service prior and had a satisfactory experience, but this time around unfortunately the crew was 3 hours late. This started us off on a bad note. The cleaning was completed to our liking, but we had originally gotten a quote for a spring "deep cleaning". I would not describe the completed job as a deep cleaning but rather more of a regular cleaning with a few things skipped over. I would consider using them again but also look into various other services to compare. In closing I think because this was a Friday afternoon appointment and the crew was running behind are the reasons this experience was less than we had hoped for... Hope this helps anyone looking for cleaning services in the Indianapolis area.

Their service has been excellent. It was a discount special.

Had to call on day of service to make sure they were coming and find out eta. I asked that the baseboards be cleaned. Some were cleaned but not all and not completely, was kind of hit and miss. Bathrooms were cleaned ok but they used something on the counters that left the surface gritty, which I had to remove.

I took advantage of one of Becht Pride's offers on Angie's List. It turned out to be a great value. They called the morning of the appointment and said they'd had a cancellation, could they come a couple hours early. It was convenient for me. Three neat, friendly, intelligent women arrived, unloaded the car and had all the gear they needed. The team leader explained how they would like to work. I agreed, but told them a couple things we didn't need done and asked for substitutions. She was fine with the trade off and they set to work. They were here nearly three hours, started at the top and worked their way down. House sparkled when they left. They deserved the tip and more. I guess it was an okay deal for Becht because we'll definitely use them again.

We are using them on a regular two weeks basis. Very pleased with their work. Timing can be difficult to know exactly when to expect them so we can get dogs out of the way.

4 individuals sent For about an hour. However not everything was completed. Of 2.5 baths only 1.5 completed dusting was haphazard and vacuuming of stairs was poor. that was the only carpeted area in house. The team talked the entire time even bad mouthing a teammate in front of my adult daughter. Not sure that is the last impression to be left with customers.

They are always prompt, work fast and do a good job. They ask if you need anything special or additional done that day. I have been using their service for over 2 months now, biweekly.A team of 3 or 4 women clean my 2010 sq. ft. Home in about 1 1/2 hours. They work hard and are polite. They leave a report of what they have done every time. They use their own products and equipment. I am satisfied with their work!
