Great, they were punctual and cleaned the house well. They brought a team of three and were very methodical in how they covered the home. They did the work in a timely manner. We were very pleased and recommend this cleaning company.

Crew did a fantastic job! Came out to my house for a move-out clean, cleaned the floors, kitchen, appliances (additional $15), bathrooms, carpets. Came in and was very impressed by the work that was performed. I definitely would recommend to anyone. Not to mention, very easy to communicate with!

Prompt, responsive, made sure I was pleased with everything they did Office gave me regular weekly price if I wished to use them in the future. I believe the price is very reasonable and I will likely do that in the future. Excellent follow up by owner.

It was OK. This was a Christmas gift from my mother-in-law. I had my house deep cleaned in the past with another provider so I knew what to expect. I had asked them to "deep clean" my 2.5 bathrooms and if there was time left over to do dusting and get the cob webs around the house starting with the master bedroom. They did not spend nearly enough time in the bathrooms as I thought they would to "deep clean" and during the "check" I pointed out the very obvious cob webs in the master bedroom, one of the tasks I had asked to be done and they said was done, but it wasn't. They ended up doing mostly general cleaning like vacuuming and mopping the floors as if they were following a routine. I guess this was OK if you are looking for a quick general clean at a cheap price but I would hesitate on hiring them for a deep thorough cleaning of my entire house.

I was hoping for a more detailed job. I requested a complete detailed cleaning of the kitchen and two bathrooms... and then floors in other rooms only if time allowed. I was not home when they arrived so my husband got them started with the list (they arrived a couple hours early due to cancellations). I got home mid-way through and stayed outside because they were mopping floors etc. Later that evening I went to the upstairs bathroom and it was not apparent if they had even touched it. I wound up going over the bathrooms and kitchen cabinets again myself. It was good for if you just want a quick run through of your home like before company comes or something... but not the detail I was looking for. Also 4 people for 1 hour didn't seem as thorough as 1 person for 4 hours would have been. It was basically the quality you would get if you would hire your teenagers to do it... and you could probably get a teenager cheaper than $25 an hour. This was my first ever housecleaning purchase. The house was still empty, so my expectations were high because nothing was in the way of cleaning. I will probably not purchase housecleaning again... from this provider or any other.

The job was to clean an empty condo before I moved in. There was no furniture to work around so the job should have been easy, however the service was terrible. I expected more from $99 worth of cleaning. Please instruct your staff to listen to their customer's when they point out things to clean. They did not dust any blinds or window sills, which was the only thing I specifically asked them to do...

Three young women came to clean the house in preparation for a party we hosted. They were friendly and cheerful and worked well together. They were at ease around our two dogs. They were accommodating and seemed to be efficient. When they finished, the supervisor took me around and showed me what they had cleaned. I was happy with their work, but discovered later what they had missed: dusting many picture frames in the hallway, cobwebs on the chandelier, etc. I would hire them again but would keep closer tabs on what I wanted to be cleaned.

Purchased a special for 4 hour cleaning session and they did a great job. They sent 4 women over to clean for an hour. My master shower was a mess and they did a great job deep cleaning it. The rest of the areas were given a more basic cleaning given the size and amount of time available to clean. I was very happy wiht the results.

They did a great job. They got the grout clean in the bath tub, the stained sink white again, it was amazing. They addressed everything I wanted them to, and they even stayed a bit longer until the job was done. I would definitely use them again.

We were having a graduation party and needed cleaning help. I made the appt three months in advance. They were easy to work with and arrived on time. The work was done quickly and done well. The three workers were polite, friendly, and professional.

They called and said they would be early and left message This didnt work out due to previous plans so we agreed fro them to come same day at differnet time so they could maintain their schedule and meet our agreement.

I called to schedule the first cleaning on a Friday and they put me on their calendar the following Wednesday. I was impressed with the responsiveness. They were very professional on the phone and three individuals came to clean the home while I was out of town. They did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them.

To be honest they did not get to any of the cleaning issues I was interested in getting done and what they did start (like dusting, etcetera) they did not finish (skipped the master bedroom and master bath.) All I really was looking for was sweep, mop and vacuum all rooms, clean mirrors both bathrooms, wipe blinds and knock down cobwebs in an 1800 Sq ft ranch house. I ended up doing most of that myself in about an hour and I'm a disabled veteran.

Showed up with 3 people on time and ready to go. Worked hard for 1 hour 20 minutes exactly and stopped and cleaned up all their supplies and left. Overall the attention to detail was good. I could have used them for another 4 man hours, but did not know how much time to schedule. I would hire them again.

It didn't go well, a large crew of people showed up and quickly with little detail did basic cleaning, with limitations from the beginning as to what they were willing to do. The point of hiring a few hours of cleaning was to decreased my work load for important tasks that at the time were very difficulty to accomplish, cleaning inside cabinets and appliances. I understood that for the time I got, there was no way I was going to get my fridge, stove, and cabinets cleaned. But reducing my work load was the hope. They showed up and ended up sweeping, moping, and scrubbing toilets because I had nothing else they would do. Very disappointing. I have to admit, the crew looked a bit rough as well.

Staff were professional, arrived on time. In past, house was able to be cleaned by one person in four hours, so was surprised they couldn't finish, since I had it picked up. However, it had been a while since I had a cleaning person out.

The team leader came to the door alone and introduced herself and told me they would be coming in. When the three ladies came in each introduced herself to me. We went over what I needed cleaned and they began to work. They used the cleaning products I asked them to and did a fabulous job. All were personable and conversational as well as professional. Very obvious the team leader is in control of the situation and has extremely high standards for herself and her team. There was some time remaining after they finished what I needed cleaned so they asked if I would like other work done and set about doing that u till my time was up. The team leader and I did a walk through together and she showed me what had been done and asked if it met my approval. Excellent services.

The cleaning crew were very nice and professional. However the window of time for them to arrive was between 1-3 and at about 3:30 I called and was told they'd be there in just a few minutes. They arrived about 15 minutes later. I would just liked to have known them running so late so I wouldn't have waited around. Though what they did clean was fine, they were major areas they didn't get to due to time and no one mentioned what they didn't get to or asked if I wanted to pay more for a longer service. I thought having 3-4 people for what I needed done would get done in time. I believe I only had 2 people because someone was ill. As soon as my time was up, so were they. I was in a hurry and didn't look over the work closely until they left and then found large areas not dusted and floors not done. I would have liked to have known this so I could have paid for more time. The service I use now is more thorough, they catch stuff I wouldn't think of and get more done in less time.

A crew of 4 women came for two hours (8 man hours) to clean the house. They bring all of their own supplies, and they get busy right from the moment they enter the house. They are cooperative and knowledgable; they work hard, and they get in and get out. Bathrooms were clean; carpets vacuumed; windows washed. Everything was done according to plan and expectation.

First time was done really well, but the second time, my master bath floor was not cleaned at all. Notified cleaners and the next cleaning, it was done right.
