Shannon's crew was prompt, thorough, friendly, and professional. This is the first time I used a cleaning service (I am recuperating from foot surgery) and I was very pleased with their efficiency. everything went well. The crew I had the first time was definitely better than the crew they eventually assigned to me, but I still do a monthly service. They have been accommodating when I have had to reschedule. The girls will do anything they are asked.

The 3 ladies began immediately and continued to work tirelessly without any breaks or wasted time. I was working downstairs and could hear them constantly sharing how to best get the work done most effectively and correctly. They cleaned from top to bottom 5 rooms and two bathrooms. The work included cleaning all baseboards, wood blinds, cabinets, as well as completely cleaning the kitchen and both bathrooms with shower and tubs. Their work is excellent and they were professional in the manner they handled the various jobs. I could not be happier and would highly recommended this company.

They did a good job and followed a priority list that I made for them. The person that did the kitchen did a great job.

Sarah and the other two people arrived and immediately started to unload their equipment and supplies. Was asked to prepare a list of items we wanted cleaned and they reviewed the list and did a walk through of the house to ensure everything was understood. The work was divided and cleaning started immediately. They worked very quickly and made it through the list without any issues and continued to perform additional tasks that were not on the list. Afterwards was taken through the house and was explained what was done and made certain I was satisified with the work. Sarah noticed a few spots that needed to be cleaned a little more then after we were exiting the house she did the entry way floor again to be certain it was clean. People who saw the house afterwards commented how clean it looked and was impressed that it only took about an hour. Definately would use their service again when it was needed.

We bought a new (to us) house and upon moving in discovered it was dirty. My wife is EXTREMELY clean and couldn't stand how dirty the house was. Called provider looking for a crew to come out same day. The 4 ladies that showed up were explained to that the house needed a thorough deep cleaning. After several hours on site, my house was MUCH cleaner. Very impressed with them, their ability to show up same day, and their willingness to deep clean until my wife was satisfied.

Downstairs ladies worked pretty hard. Upstairs lady didn't do much. Maybe she just sat in the wing chair.

From the get-go the provider was extremely efficient and professional in scheduling the appointment. They were punctual and showed up with all the equipment needed for cleaning. I did not have to provide them additional cleaning supply. The team of 4 staffers was fast, thorough and friendly. They did all that needed to be done and then some. I will highly recommend them for anyone looking to have their place cleaned at short notice.

I originally purchased a big deal with Angie's List with this company. I was satisfied with their work so I hired them to come to my home and clean bi-weekly.

They provided 4 cleaners and we're done in no time. I think they did a good job particularly since the house was very dirty.

They have been very prompt, very responsive and they do a good job. They are in and out without any issues.

The crew was prompt and did an excellent job. I was interested in having them come back on a regular basis, but no one ever came back to m with an estimate, so I am now looking for another provider.

As cleaners go, none of them that would do it the way you do it. They are good to work with, they are responsive, their price is great when you get the big deal. Everything was perfect, they have been punctual. Actually the very best cleaning I got I wasn't here, I left them a note and they got everything on that note, I was astounded, it was better than if I was here so I think am going to try that the next time.

Great! We had a small hiccup with the address (the wrong address was stored in Angie's List, and that's where they ended up going) but the sign of great customer service is how they react to a hiccup. Becht was extremely responsive, flexible, and accommodating, even though the mistake was mine. Highly recommended!

They arrived about 9:00am. I wasn't exactly expecting them as they did not call in advance. There was a crew of 4 lady's and they got right to work. All cleaning supplies and vacuums were supplied by them. They completed high and low dusting, cleaned 2 1/2 bathrooms, cleaned kitchen counters and appliances, swept and moped hardwood floors, vacuumed carpeted areas. Was very satisfied with their work and will use them again.

The initial contact and scheduling was a breeze. Great communication. The day of the cleaning, the crew arrived earlier than expected so I had to manage my schedule accordingly and that was difficult. The staff was very nice and very eager to please. I found a couple spots they missed, but we very pleased with the overall experience both times I have used them and will be back.

The quality of the cleaning was average. There was still some stains on the countertops and some foods things on the hardwood floors. I do have a fairly large home but I am very particular about details. It appears that they were looking to finish up as quickly as possible without placing quality of service at the top of their list. My other pet peeve is that no one gave me a call to confirm a time. Although I utilized the calendar schedule on Angie's list and requested an morning appointment I did not get a call until the afternoon after leaving a message on their voicemail, which someone did give me a call back and said they were running behind and would not arrive until 3 PM on Friday.

It went very well, she was very happy with it. They came in, I think 3 or 4 people and they were done in an hour and a half. She was real happy with the way things were done.

We couldn't t be more disappointed. I have pictures of a tissue with the remains of dirt left on the bathroom floor and the corners that were not touched. At one point my daughter heard a worker say that she had never cleaned bathrooms before and didn't know what to do. 6 hours of work is a long time for a condo this size. I was hoping that, like the ad said, the baseboards would be wiped and cleaned. The women left early because they said there wasn't anything left to do. I hope this gets posted because I wouldn't want anyone else have an experience like this.

I explained to Heather, the woman who scheduled for me, that I was having surgery June 23. I had cancer and my home needed a through cleaning. I had to call them back once because they neglected to clean my dining table pedestal and the blinds at my bay window. The woman who was in charge, her name was Heather also, said they finished everything in 2 hours and cut the cost to $179. When I got up and around several obvious things were not even dusted. Besides mopping floors and dusting blinds not much else was done. The woman who cleaned my middle bathroom did an excellent job. The rest was haphazard. I can't tell you how disappointed I was, especially since I cannot clean myself.

They came and did their job on time. I told them that the kitchen floor needed attention, because another housecleaning company had cleaned it with something sticky. They did a good job cleaning it , so I appreciated that. One woman even went out of her way to come out on the back porch where I was sitting and ask if there was anything she could do for me out there, so she vacuumed the outdoor carpet for me. They could have done a little better job on the kitchen cleaning, but I would I have them again.

Showed up on time, were very efficient and professional, and the place looked great when they left.
