It has been great! Cleaning ladies have been taking the time to pay attention to details like the bookshelves and organizing and it's been looking great. Everyone is very friendly and professional. We so appreciate their hard work and making our house look great!

We were having a group of people over to our house on a Saturday, so my wife arranged to have Becht clean the house the day before. They called the morning of the appointment to say they needed to reschedule to Monday. My wife explained that would be of no help, company was coming the next day. She was told there was nothing they could do. This is the second time in a row Becht has let us down...fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me! We will never contact Becht again, and if you need a company you can depend on, suggest you look elsewhere.

I am currently using Ben and his Team at Becht for bi-weekly cleaning my apartment. They are very quick to respond, very professional and kind, and do a very good job at my place. I will continue to use them as i appreciate their hard work. Their costs are extremely affordable too! A great company to work with - so they are a WIN in my book!

Some parts were cleaned well but some were not touched. Coffetable not touched still has marks. Credenza, sofa back table not touched. Refrigerator not wiped down totally just a part of it was done. Stove top was not touched. Had to ask them to move chairs and clean under the dining table. Would not hire again. Not worth the price for the quality of cleaning done.

They did not show up. They did not call nor email or any type of contact to say they weren’t coming or wanted to reschedule.

it was very adequate. There was always some little thing that was off....one of the beds was made poorly; I had to tell them 3 times to use Bona on the hardwoods; a bathroom mirror was streaky. Never enough to make me call them but always something leaving me a little dissatisfied

The scheduling was very problematic. On three separate occasions, there were scheduling mix ups that resulted in me wasting my time waiting around for them. The scheduling windows are in two hour blocks, and this latest time I planned my day around waiting for them to come to my home. We had people coming over that evening, which was why the timing was extremely important. If I had time to waste, I would clean my home myself. I engaged the service to save me time, but it has just proven to be easier to clean it myself.
