Bought a coupon so price was fair with the coupon, don't remember how much. The house cleaning was excellent, no complaints!

It was great. They were late but communicated all the way with when they were headed my way. Paula was the Lead cleaner with 2 helpers. I have 3 small dogs, an old grouchy parrot and an old cat. They were great with my dogs. They brought everything with them and did an amazing job. They paid special attention to my problem areas, (rusty stains in old toilets from hard water) and they are sparkling clean!!! I will use them again and refer all my friends! Of note is that they hard worked an incredibly long and hard schedule on a Friday and did not leave until they were done and it was after hours, like 6:30 AND they had a long drive all the way down south to their office from where I live, just north of Broad Ripple. Very professional, awesome, hard workers who treated my home and my furry friends like it was their own.

Ben Becht's crews have always been first rate - at least the 4th time I've asked them to come back. Today was Amanda's crew and the all work hard from the moment they arrive until they mop the entryway as they exit the door! All the surfaces and floors and blinds and mirrors were cleaned. I always enjoy the way the house 'feels' after Becht's cleaning folks have been here.

4 people arrived as a team. They worked amazingly hard and fast. They were very courteous and professional. I was very impressed.

I was pretty satisfied. The gals were polite and friendly and did what was requested. They were on time and cleaned the house well enough that I SHOULD be able to keep up with it and I appreciate that.

We had a terrible, unprofessional, unsatisfied experience.

Becht Pride Cleaning Service sent a four-person crew to clean my three-story townhouse during the afternoon. The crew was polite and did a thorough job cleaning the house. How they got the appliances to sparkle like that is beyond me. I didn't even want to use the stove for a week because it looked so nice! This was the second time I hired them, and I'll certainly do it again.

It was not so hot. I gave them the specific instructions. I didn't even need a full housecleaning because we're selling the house. We just need it for the windows and the specific things. They didn't complete the task. They had four people for an hour. I just wanted the windows sills done. I want the door knob done. My cabinets weren't finished cleaning. They had to spray all over it. The price was good.

They charge $99 for four hours. I like their price.

They were pretty good. They missed some things like, dusting a piece of furniture that has would trim on it, probably because they had a lot to do. They did not offer if I wanted to look at the job they had done to my satisfaction. They worked hard. They were a bit late but I think that it's probably because of the traffic issues. Of course when you get such work done, a variety of personalities come in. The one that worked downstairs was the most enthusiastic. I think she was a supervisor.They know what they're supposed to do. There are cleaning services that tell you what they're going to do and how much time they assess it will take. If you want them to do more, you have to contact them ahead of time. I don't like that; that's why I do like folks. They let you create a list of what you need done and they work through it. The price was good.

They didn't do it too well the first time and they came back and fixed it so all is well. They didn't clean what they said they were going to or they didn't clean something. I appreciate that they came back. The fact that they did come out was fairly good. I don't know how good they did the actual job.

I was told to provide a list of tasks I wanted done in the order I wanted them done. First on my list was vacuum entire house, second was to dust furniture and lamps. When the crew left I still had to vacuum and dust the family room and master bedroom. What they did was fine but I'm disappointed that my wants were not honored.

The ladies were excellent. Worked quickly and efficiently. We would definitely recommend them!

They were supposed to clean for one hour and twenty minutes. At the one hour mark, their timer went off and they begin to pack up their equipment and stopped working. I reminded them that they had 20 more minutes of time to work and they worked the next 20 minutes. I was unhappy that I had to monitor their work time to keep them honest. Had I not been home, I would have never known that they only worked one hour. Was it an honest mistake? Maybe. My other complaint is in regards to their priority. I specifically pointed out the items most needed such as general dusting of furniture, sweeping and moping the floors. One cleaner was spending time dusting the mini-blinds! Since we have 45 windows with mini-blinds, the entire time could have been spend dusting blinds. She promptly switched to my requested priorities when I told her to forget the blinds. The house cleaners were busy working and did not waste time. I gave them a tip and would hire them again.

These cleaners do a great job. They clean things that I didn't think could be cleaned. It's always a joy to come home after they've been here.

Clean, shiny, they were well organized!

These ladies were personable, professional and very efficient. They made my shower look new again. I am very impressed and I highly recommend them. I will be using their services again.

They have been extremely difficult to get a hold of. I had to call Angie's List just to be able to get Becht Pride Cleaning to call me back. When they called me, they left a voicemail but would never answer their phone when I tried to contact them.

Really well! There were four cleaners here for one hour... So we received 4 hours of service for only $99. They were very nice and wonderful to our dogs. I went over with Melissa, the head cleaner, a list of things important to me. She made sure she told her co-workers, and everything looked great when they finished. We are definitely going to have them clean every 2 weeks. Good job!

Very courteous, arrived on time.

Cleaned baseboards, other misc cleaning ie vacuum, hardwoods, bathrooms. They did a fantastic job. Will definitely use then again. They were on time and very friendly and efficient.
