Very professionally done. Lead person(Sarah Negri) gave us tour of all their completed work and explained what they did in each case.. We were very satisfied with their work and will use them again(this is the second time we have used Becht Pride).

3 people worked for 1.5 hours and left .5 hours early

Went well, but coupon was 4 people for one hour and only 3 showed up. They were very good and we would certainly use them again.

Brea and her crew arrived on time, asked for directions as to where I wanted cleaning done, her crew got right to work, were careful, considerate and asked if they had questions. Over and above cleaning experts!! I will be calling them for a regular clean. Thank for a Great Experience.

They did a great job exactly as I requested

Great! One thing I really like is that at least three team members come, sometimes four. As a team they are super quick! With knee & back issues, it's a lot of little things I can't do very well at all!

The crew is very professional and they do a thorough job of cleaning.

It was okay. It took them probably six weeks and I called them about four times. It definitely was not worth the $99. I would tell someone not to use them. They were wearing those leggings and they were very large women. That is very disgusting.

They did a good job in the bathrooms but they don't move anything to dust. They just use a swiffer. They vacuum. I had to ask them to mop the floor and I had to ask them to move some stuff for me so that after they dusted I could actually put some cleaner on it. They did a wonderful job in the bathroom but I wasn't impressed. The best part was that they did a very wonderful job in the bathroom and got stuff very clean in there for us but when you're dusting and doing stuff they're going to have to move things and they're going to have to use some polish. It's not just swiffer something.

The workers arrived promptly and got right to work. After the first visit, they knew right what to do. If they had time left over they would dust or vacuum, as requested. House always sparkles when they leave!

My home was not deep cleaned to my expectations or to what the service agreed to complete. None of my bathrioms' light fixtures were wiped down or cleaned; several areas were missed in dusting furniture in my home; and floor boards were not washed or cleaned at all. The floors seemed to have had a quick vaccuming and mopping to them with missed areas. They didn't clean my utility sink in my Laundry room. The kitchen counters had a sticky residue left on them after they were cleaned.

My mother-in-law was THRILLED! Took their info and said she would definitely call them again!

It was great. The kitchen and bathroom floors looked awesome, as well as all of the sinks. I would definitely recommend their services.

As it was a gift, I was not there for the actual job, but my parents were happy with the service.

The three person crew did such an excellent job that we hired them to clean our condo on a bimonthly basis for approx $120 a visit. We are very satisfied with their service and will continue to use them.

Four people came to do the job, and they only did so-so. I feel like I could have done a better job myself, but I was in a hurry with company coming soon. One of the four employees actually did a good job, though.

They gave me a window for arrival and updated me as that time came and passed. They were professional and worked hard.

I discussed with owner that was not satisfied with 1 crew he sent. When scheduling I was clear that I wanted my furniture vacuumed inside and out. He said no problem. When crew arrived I reminded what I wanted. Was told they don't do that. It was when I was going to call owner did the person agree that it was scheduled. I have a portable dishwasher in kitchen on wheels. Was told they don't move anything, Stove top still had grease residue. They did not stay for the time I paid for. Discussed all of this with the owner. Gave another chance and he sent a different cleaning crew. They were fabulous!!!! I informed that to owner as well and it was agreed that would be the cleaning crew sent to my house. When scheduling next cleaning I was specific that Paula's crew was to be sent. A crew showed up and it was not the crew we agreed upon. Plus I had not received conformation on their arrival so I sent away. Called owner discussed with him. Once again was told Paula's crew would be at my house and when. It was not Paula's crew that arrived. I only knew that after the fact. ( plus they left a note and my check and tip that I left for Paula and her crew for the previous cleaning , which I made clear of in my note was gone.) Nothing was moved on tables, entertainment center, bar area and dusted under ( i have pics) Grease residue on stove , dirt around dishwasher, rugs were swept around, bathroom floor still had dirt in corners, and shower stall looked it had only been wiped down, shower doors still had soap scum( i could wipe with my finger and remove). So,I called and he sent the crew that was suppose to come and clean and did a redo at no charge. Was very satisfied with cleaning. Then received bill for cleaning. Emailed back no charge on redo. Said it was from the charged cleaning. Informed I had already paid. Now states cleaning crew didn't pick up a check but the cash and check were together so they could not have gotten one without the other. I told owner that I will check with my bank at my convenience. I was going to do a monthly service with them. I have cancelled and explain to the owner that I want a company I can trust and his has proven time and again they are not that company.
