It went very well. The ladies came in, asked about what I wanted done, and immediately started working and in no time was finished. It takes a lot to impress me, and they certainly did impress. I will definitely use them in the future for any cleaning chores I have.

It went wonderfully, very prompt and time efficient. Everything that was requested to be cleaned was done perfectly and they even did extra. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I purchased 4 hours of cleaning services for my townhouse and they did a great job of cleaning the bathrooms, kitchen, hardwood floors, and baseboards.

Highly disappointed are the words I would use to describe my experience with Becht Pride Cleaning Services, LLC. I'd called them last week looking to find someone who could clean our house this past weekend. We are planning to put our house up for sale, so the house is completely empty. I thought 4 hours should be more than enough time to clean an empty house! The main areas that needed cleaning were just the bathrooms, kitchen and vacuum throughout the house. I should have known we were off to a rocky start when no one called me in advance to confirm our appointment. I called and left a message and someone did eventually call me back to confirm. He confirmed that the crew was still running on schedule, but they were late...and they didn't even call when they were in route as I'd asked that they do. Once again, I called when they hadn't arrived by the end of the arrival time "window" I'd been given and was informed that they were 15-20 minutes away, but 20 minutes later they still weren't there! Needless to say, this completely altered my plans for the day, as I'd expected them to arrive, and I would let them in, then I had other errands I needed to take care of. When they arrived, it was a team of 4 people ("4 man hours"), which is completely misleading. I was under the impression the team would be cleaning my house for 4 hours, but no, it was actually 4 people for 1 hour! They only cleaned 2 of the 3 bathrooms! That's it! No kitchen, no vacuuming, etc. and said we would have to call to book more time for them to complete the job...really?!? I thought when they left, I would be able to take final pictures of our home to move the sales process forward/list our house. Instead, we spent the next day cleaning. I know $99 isn't a lot to pay for 4 hours, however, I assumed it was an introductory special and that they would do such a great job that we would hire them on a regular basis in the future to clean our new home. We will never hire them again. I guess the sayings are true..."you get what you pay for" and "if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is."

I purchased the Angie's list advertised deal for a $99 deep cleaning for 4 hours of service. When the crew came in I mentioned several things I needed done and I did realize with this being the first cleaning in this home they may not get to everything. The items I prioritized were bathrooms, windows, and baseboards. Work Done: The crew showed up between the time given, they were polite and listened to my request so I left them alone to clean. They did stay the full time for the 4 man hours of cleaning. Things done well, the master was vacuumed and dusted and the bathrooms were mostly cleaned. There was a soap dish in the master bath that wasn't touched in the shower and I had to wipe down one of the counter tops again. No windows were done, in fact the door to the porch which was covered in hand prints which I pointed out was not cleaned at all. The kitchen was not swept well, I shook the rug out by the back door and it hadn't been moved at all, I had to sweep a large amount of dirt/sand from the rug and crumbs under the table. Half of the kitchen counter tops weren't even wiped down. There was still a coffee ring on one counter top. The laundry room (an extension of the hallway that was mopped) was not mopped or cleaned at all. The rug in the living room didn't appear to have been swept and the upstairs was not vacuumed at all (I did say I could do that if they couldn't get to it). Overall I feel I could have done a better cleaning myself in 4 hours. Professionalism: They were polite to me however I could hear them talking about other co-workers not pulling their weight and how underpaid they were. Unfortunately I used this deal as a preview in hopes that I could hire someone bi-weekly. I do understand perhaps they don't feel the price I paid was worth getting the house "deep cleaned" however, if you are offering a deal you should use that as an opportunity to build more business not to do he bare minimum. I'd also say, that the advertising on the deal is misleading, it states a deep cleaning and I don't even feel like I got the bare minimum cleaning. I spent several hours cleaning after they left.

It was good. The price was an A, it was a good price. They were very quick to respond. They were very friendly but when they were cleaning, I had to keep track of what they were doing. They could skip over spots once I wasn't watching them.

I purchased an Angie's List deal for the first time and was not sure what to expect. I was very impressed with the responsiveness in scheduling. They contacted me within hours and fit in an appointment the same week. They were also very flexible when we needed to change it to an early AM appointment. A crew of three came out and did a fantastic job!! I will be using them again in the future.

They did an exceptional job of cleaning the bathrooms which had soap scum and lime. The kitchen looked great. The oven door was never clean after I used the automatic oven clean but it is spotless now. I have 2 long haired white cats and they got the hair off the furniture. I had purchased a 6 hour deal and it only took them 3. I called the company and they said I could have another 3 hour cleaning. The quality of their cleaning is better than any other company I have used.

It was a pretty weak effort in my opinion. I had them clean my empty townhouse that had already been cleaned decently by the previous tenants. In 4 hours all they managed to get done was clean 2 1/2 baths and the kitchen. The whole town house is only 1400 sq ft. Guess they move pretty slow. I was not there while they cleaned to witness the cleaning.

From the very beginning, my experience with Becht Pride Cleaning Service was outstanding. I purchased the deal on the Angie's List website and was contacted by Ben within the first few hours to schedule my cleaning. Cassandra and her team of two showed up right at their scheduled time and were very friendly and professional. They cleaned the bathrooms; including tile floors, counters, baseboards, showers, tubs, mirrors, windows, carpet, toilets. They cleaned the kitchen from top to bottom. They dusted the entire house, including doors, windows frames, and anything else that needed dusted. They mopped wood floors, vacuumed all carpet and rugs, and even cleaned my appliances and inside the microwave. They finished within a couple of hours and the house looks great! I would highly recommend Brecht Pride Cleaning Service to anyone that is looking for a friendly, professional, thorough cleaning service at a good price and flexible scheduling. I will definitely be using them again!

Really helpful! Thank you so much. I have a very high standard of what is clean and the girls did a wonderful job. Saved me a lot of time and worked well with my schedule. They worked very hard for the time that I had them and got everything done that was on my list.

I was disappointed. I arrived home, after sending a daughter and her family off to Italy for 3 years, with a second daughter's family in tow. I had no time to clean in between. My bathrooms had soap scum still in the soap trays, "Comet" grit in the sinks, sticky floors, I don't think the upstairs was vacuumed at all and the master bedroom was not even dusted. I should be old enough to know that when a deal seems too good to be true, it usually is. My first experience with Angie's List was a bust so my husband is now insisting I cancel. Ugh.

The service was easy to schedule. They were there on time and courteous. The cleaning was good but not as "deep" as I had hoped, several details were skipped over (examples: the windows were cleaned but only as high as someone could reach - the tops were still obviously dirty; window sills were wiped down but still with obvious grim left in the edges/corners; the stovetop was wiped down but the tougher "burnt-on" stains looked unchanged). Perhaps they offer a different "deep cleaning" service that would be more in line with my expectations.

It is usually a group of 3 or 4. They do a good job and are very thorough and efficient. I have used them several times.

They have done a great job with our bathrooms and hard wood floors.

I've had Becht cleaning for me now for almost two months. I love the quality of service and their responsiveness. They do exactly what I've asked and I love coming home to a clean house - it's one less thing I have to worry about! I would highly recommend their services!!

Ladies were prompt and professional. Did good job in kitchen, bedrooms. Master bath shower and bath tub could have been cleaned better and missed kitchen ceiling fan but overall good job and they did a great job trying to meet all of my requirements in a shirt time.

It was just great. They did a great job. It's the second time I've had them here and I intend to have them again sometime. They did a wonderful job. I just paid the $99.

This was a follow up review. I spoke with owner regarding prior treatment by company. Company owner was extremely kind and attempted to resolve this issue. He is someone who works very hard at providing great customer service. I personally would use his service just because he is someone that cares about providing amazing customer service. Team was scheduled to come between 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. I arrived at my home at 2:30 pm to find that his team had already been there. I want to preempt the following with saying that I may have been spoiled by the amazing job that Becht's cleaners performed the first time they visited. When the first team left the house was spotless and they took the trash with them or made it disappear. No idea what they did with the trash as there was nothing in sight when they left. The team was kind and did an amazing job. This cleaning - I believe that due to it being one that was at the expense of the company that the following occurred; House was cleaned as requested. Floors were clean and mopped and expectations were met in most situations. Toilet in 1/2 bath was left with chemicals in it. The cleaners placed any trash collected during the cleaning in the middle of my kitchen floor, in bags. Which confused me as the last cleaners mopped themselves out of my house and did so by starting in the kitchen and mopping their way through my mud room. So if they left the trash in the middle of the floor like this, did they mop that area? They used my trash bags and paper towels to perform the cleaning. I know this as they left them in the middle of my kitchen floor. Either they used my bags or by chance they used the exact scent Febreze Glad bags. After cleaning out the trash from the kitchen I walked through the rest of the house. I was shocked when I noticed they made up my son's bed. I appreciated this until I noticed that the pillows they placed on my sons bed were covered in dog hair. I have a dog that sheds a lot and one of the pillows he uses to sleep on. They didn't clean off the pillow and just placed it neatly, side covered in dog hair facing out, on my sons pillows and bed. The pillow was a dark pillow and my dog is a light brown so the massive amount of dog hair on the pillow was obvious. I appreciate the thought of making up his bed though! Otherwise, my house was as expected. They cleaned the inside of the microwave, which, I'll be honest, the first time I was told they do not clean insides of anything. I would use them again, I might not request the same cleaning team. I would like to have the original people I had and try to keep them on a consistent basis if possible. They were amazing!

On 02/23/2016 I was scheduled to have cleaners arrive between 10:30 am and 12:00 pm. I was told in previous cleanings with this company to leave my list on my counter with a check and they would "take care of the rest." I schedule to take my dog to the pet spa to get him out of the house and I work up my 70 year old, physically disabled, mother and got her ready to go to my family members house for the day. This was taxing as she is physically handicapped and takes considerable time and effort to transport her. I left my instructions on the counter, along with a check, 4 boxes of girl scout cookies, and thank you notes. I wanted to make sure I showed my appreciation for those doing the job that day. We left the house about 10:00am and around 1pm my pet spa contacted me to let me know that my dog was ready to go. I assumed that my house was done as in an earlier cleaning from this company they sent 3 people and they were done in no time. I went home and did not see any cars in my driveway so I was excited and went in side. I noticed nothing was cleaned. I looked at the counter and everything was still there. at 1:31 pm I called the company and spoke with the "scheduler." She stated that the cleaners were at my home at 11:45 am and "knocked" and stated no one was home. I told her that she was correct because they had instructed me to leave the check on the counter with the instructions and they would "take care of the rest." She stated that "Ben" did not collect the appropriate information and he was on a plane and was unable to be reached. She stated that she didn't have a number to contact me; however, they did have an email address. They had no intention of letting me know that they had stopped by my home. She then stated that the 4 cleaners were at another location in Martinsville and she would contact them and get them to stop by and clean my house. I asked what time they would be here. She took my number and told me she would contact me when she spoke with them and let me know. She stated that she would let them know again that the doors would be unlocked. She NEVER called me back. I assumed that they just went over in the hours after I spoke with her. At 3:54pm I went home as my mother was starting to be in pain sitting at our family members and needed to be in her own specialized chair. I went into my home and noticed that no one had been there. I had called the company and no one picked up the phone. I left a voicemail. I also emailed their Ben. Ben stated that they had dropped the ball and he would be able to send someone over tomorrow (02/24/2016) and would discount $25. I would have understood if they came to my home and reached out to me, or attempted to reach out to me; however, they made no effort and then they mislead me into thinking that the service would be completed today. They showed great dishonesty and poor customer service. This type of industry relies on being able to trust people in your own with your belongs. It was the first time I've had my house cleaned, so perhaps I didn't know what to expect. I had a list of things I wanted to get done. I was under the impression was that they would get whatever they could accomplish done. Instead, they rushed through the entire list.

We recently purchased a home and had extensive renovations done before moving our belongings into the home. I contacted Becht Pride Cleaning Services and asked if they could do construction cleaning. The General Manager came to our house, I explained what I needed done, and he assured me they could handle the cleaning. My main emphasis was getting all of the dust and dirt out of the kitchen cabinets, and getting the bathrooms cleaned. Everything was empty, nothing was moved in yet. They sent 4 cleaners for 3 hours. I explained to them what I needed done, and they said ?We?ll take good care of you? and they encouraged me to leave the area. When I checked their work later, I found that the ½ bath wasn?t cleaned at all, the master bath wasn?t cleaned well, the other full bath was cleaned pretty well, but the vanity drawers weren?t wiped out, and the kitchen wasn?t cleaned well at all. They didn?t even wipe the top of the refrigerator which had a thick layer of easily visible dust. When I opened drawers and cabinets and ran my finger over the shelves there was still a thick layer of dust on many of them. I called to report the unsatisfactory cleaning, and left a message at the main number and also on the General Manager?s cell phone. No one called me back. I called the main number a second time and they said they would send cleaners again. I said I wanted a different cleaning crew. They sent a different crew and I assumed they would redo the work, but they only came for an hour, which was not satisfactory. No one ever called me to ask me why I was not satisfied with the work, and the General Manager never contacted me. We cannot recommend Becht Pride Cleaning Services.

Let me begin with I think the two ladies were very polite and professional in performing the service. When the service was purchased, they wanted me to make a list of what I wanted done. I did make a list, and the two ladies did a very good job on the items I had listed, but there was no initiative to do anything further then what was on the list. I was very surprised when the two (2) ladies were leaving after one hour, when I had paid for four (4) hours. I found it difficult trying to put on paper what a maid service should already know.
