Description of Work: The Becht cleaning team came in and cleaned my entire house- all 3 floors. They accomplished everything on my list, including deep dusting the entire house. I only noticed one spot that didn't get a thorough dusting. Overall, I was very pleased. I will be using them again in the future.

Description of Work: After I paid for the "big deal", I called Ben Becht to schedule a date to have service before the Indy 500. I asked him for May 22nd. It was arranged for that date. I called him this morning (5/20/13) and he said he didn't have me on his schedule for the 22nd. Now I'm stuck! I spoke to him twice to verify I didn't have the wrong day (Tuesday instead of Wednesday). The answer was the same, he didn't have me down at all. He said he could do it next week. That doesn't help me at all considering I'm having a houseful of guests for the race weekend.

Description of Work: Teresa, Sarah, and Kelly did a FANTASTIC job of cleaning. They were here 30 minutes later than promised but they stayed the entire two hours. They were all very nice, they worked quickly but thoroughly, and they were very accommodating with my special requests. I would definitely recommend this crew for cleaning. I will use them again.

Description of Work: Benjamin Becht was very professional, courteous, and very patient with me as I struggled with my calendar to select a date for his crew to come in. The ladies came in and went right to work. They were thoughtful, careful, and worked diligently. They did a great job. The only minor complaint that I had is when they changed the trash, they threw out an element that keeps the bag in place, but we fished it out of the trash and all is good. Benjamin offered to discount future services for the error. This company is a winner!

They were very polite and cooperative when I contacted them both to schedule and in reference to a refund. Timing was the issue in not being able to set another date and I shared that with them in the scheduling process.

Description of Work: I bought thei service on an Angie's List BIG DEAL which was for around $90. They were prompt, professional and personable. Then the owner came and gave me a price for regular cleaning and it was way more than I wanted to pay for what I wanted done, which was basically dusting and doing the floors; no appliances, no bathrooms no beds; only floors and dusting. The price he quoted would be $130.

Description of Work: The only glitch was that I was to be called 30 minutes prior in order to arrive at my home. Instead, I received a call from the staff who were waiting outside my house. It was resoved; however, as the crew waited for me to arrive. There were four women that each took a room and got everything done within the hour with dusting, cleaning, sweeping and mopping as appropriate. I was impressed with the fact that they wore paper slippers over their shoes, which none of the other two cleaning companies had done. The other thing I noticed was that they used two different styles of sweepers, depending upon what needed to be swept - rugs or carpets. Lastly, while they were finishing up, one of the ladies went around the rooms and checked for cleaningless, by running her finger around the furniture. They were the best cleaning crew I've had so far. Would highly recommend them. Also appreciated the followup email I received from the company upon completion.
