Description of Work: We had another cleaner 2 weeks later and she pointed out several places in the house that Becht cleaners didn't bother to clean which should have been cleaned by them. Would never ever use them to clean my house again, they obviously didn't care if they did their job right or not. Very disatified with their work.

Description of Work: They cleaned kitchen, 2 bathrooms and living room dining room area. They did an ok job. Misses two shelves with dust in LR and bathroom sink still had soap scum around chrome drain that took me 2 minutes to clean off. Like I said , they did an ok job but really didn't impress me enough to have them back.

Description of Work: They did a great job. Just had some troubles in sticking to appointment time. I had taken off work in the morning... and they were supposed to be at my house between 9am-10am When I called them at 11:00am they were very apologetic and said they would send someone over in the afternoon and they made a mistake. This was a bummer because it totally messed up my plans for the day and the fact that I took off work for them to come in the morning. Once they were they, the ladies did a great job... 4 people came out and had the house cleaned in an hour or so. I will use them again.... just hoping that the punctuality issue works out.
