Description of Work: They performed general housekeeping. I was looking for specific deep cleaning svc. I was not sure of time of their arrival until I called owner the day of the service. I had arranged to be off work in am for their arrival, but found out when I called that it would be late afternoon. Lead gal was pleasant and others went right to work. I have a housekeeper so difference was my expectation and what the gals expected to do when they arrived. Probably as general housekeeping, they would be fine. I'd rather have 1-2 gals for a couple hours than 4 for 1 hour.

Description of Work: They cleaned my family's townhouse. Since the service was for deep cleaning we asked if they could clean the baseboards, unfortunately they said that was not part of the service. Overall,we were happy with the service and would use them again.

Description of Work: The housecleaning services provided were very thorough and very well done. The three women who cleaned our house were professional and courteous and grateful that we were not upset with them about the punctuality issues. The person who answered the phone and booked the appointment, however, was not so courteous. He could not accommodate any of the three times I suggested, so he offered another date and time. Within minutes of receiving that email, I accepted. He then informed me someone else had already "snatched up" that time slot. We finally agreed on a date and time that required me to move two meetings. Then on the day of the service, I emailed to confirm, and he indicated the start time would likely be delayed by two hours. It was delayed by more than three. At no point was he apologetic or did he offer an explanation for the delay or for me rearranging my day to end up sitting and waiting for the team. When the team arrived, they were professional (though I could tell frazzled from a rough day) and did a fantastic job cleaning our house. If I could hire the team again without going through the administrative hoops, I'd do that.

Description of Work: I purchased the 4 hour special for $99. It was well worth it. Four ladies arrived with tons of cleaning supplies and worked for an hour. They thoroughly cleaned most of my house! I was very impressed!

Description of Work: This was a Big Deal so the price was great. They did a wonderful job cleaning our house, and particularly with removing years of grime from our kitchen cabinets. They were super-conscientious about confirming arrival time.

Description of Work: Performed basic cleaning service of a 3 bedroom 2 bath house. The lead cleaner was excellent - hard working till the end, always moving, etc. The other two gals were ok, but not nearly as motivated. They had to work hard in my bathrooms, but only dusted in my bedrooms, family room, living room and dining room. Did a great job on my kitchen sink, counter tops and exterior of fridge. I told them to focus on floors last, but they ran out of time before they could sweep or vacuum any of my floors. My house was tidy when they came in (nothing on counters, minimal knick knacks) so I guess I was surprised they ran out of time to do that. Maybe all companies would have run into the same time constraints, but I probably won't use this company again.

Description of Work: We have used Becht Pride twice now to clean our home. The team is very friendly and professional, and they are extremely thorough. I came home from work and immediately noticed a fresh, clean scent as well as a shiny kitchen. My husband works from home and was with them during the day, and he commented on how well they interacted with our black lab. Rather than asking for her to be put up, they encouraged leaving her out and said they love pets. I would definitely work with them in the future.

Description of Work: Cleaned the house. Because they were not on time and we did not receive a call that they were running late, I had to call to ask if they were still coming. They work with impressive speed but the quality could have been much better. When the clock hit 4 hours they drop everything and move on. Our shower stall in the master bathroom has a dresser in it. Everything in the stall was cleaned except the dresser. It has a thick coat of dust on it. Cleaning this would have taken less than 5 min. Four people came to clean.It would be nice to know which of the 4 is in charge. |

Description of Work: We were contacted via email two days after purchase of the big deal. The email stated they would arrive between 9:00-9:30. Waited until 11:00 and called the office. I was told our appointment was moved to the 1:00-1:30 slot and they were sorry that the scheduler didn't notify us. Waited until 2:30, no show no call, called them back. "We're sorry they're running late. They're on their way to your place now, should be there anytime now" Waited until 3:30, no call no show, called them back again. "We're sorry, they got a little lost, they are in your area now and will be there any minute". They showed at 4:00 and did an "OK" job cleaning. They some how managed to knock the glass shower door in the guest bathroom off the track, and left it sitting there leaned up against the other door, and didn't say anything. They were professional and extremely polite when I called the office. They sent an email asking how the service was, and when I told them, they offered a free 3 hours of cleaning. I declined and thanked them for attempting to make it right. Would not use them again or recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: I was hosting my son's Wedding Rehearsal Dinner at my home and was anxious to have it sparkling. The women from Becht's Pride did a fantastic job for a reasonable price in a timely manner. They were very professional and thorough. I would definitely recommend this company and would hire them again myself with no hesitation!

Description of Work: Hired to clean baseboards and woodwork around windows & doors. Ben, the owner informed that for the size house we have it would take much longer than the Big Deal time of 4 hours (his suggestion was that we upgrade to a longer-costlier time,, which we didn't do), depending on the number of ladies who came. In our case 3 employees came, allotting 1 3/4 hrs of work. They were done in 1 hour, leaving plenty of time for other areas and me coming up with extra cleaning to be done. A couple areas I had to ask them to redo; also found cleaning spray streaks on the kitchen cabinets as well as on the wood floor and counter tops. All this makes me wonder if they worked too quickly without giving enough quality to the job.

Description of Work: They thouroughly cleaned the house and gave me some good tips on cleaning an old bathtub and a fiberglas sink.
