Description of Work: My family moved out of our 2 bedroom /2 bath home and Becht came to clean. The lady's did a very nice job cleaning it. We had already done the cleaning but wanted the professionals to come and go over it again. They were very pleasant. I would have them again and recommend them to friends and family.

Description of Work: My primary objective was to get a thorough vacuuming for entire house. The package provided four hours of cleaning...I received four employees for 1 hour with only one vacuum to pass around. A few areas were left untouched, possibly because it was assumed someone else had covered it.

Description of Work: Despite being told by us that we had to leave at a certain time, they were extremely late and we couldn't get anyone to respond to calls. We had to turn them away the first day due to the time. Were late again the return trip with no call. Their work was so-so and a personal item of mine disappeared during the cleaning and has never been found. Had a hard time getting the owner on the phone or to return calls. BTW, a relative used them a few weeks ago and were not at all happy either.

Description of Work: 3 cleaners showed up exactly on time and did a thorough professional job. I knew time was limited so I and a priority list and they got it all done. The only thing they didn't do was vacuum under the TV but I understand why. Also it would be helpful to new customers iffy they were told ahead of time that cleaners don't move chachkis etc. that way client could see that shelves are cleared ahead of time.

Description of Work: I took advantage of a special offer through Angie's List 3 months ago and have used Becht Pride cleaning services monthly since then. I was so pleased at the cleaning I got with the offer that I decided to hire them monthly. They are prompt, efficient, thorough, and friendly. They cleaned my home minus the bedrooms, and got it sparkling. Also, they are good with my dogs, which is a huge plus. I recommend them.

Description of Work: Have used Becht for several years. Yesterday's service was one of my best experiences with them. Very competent crew leader, above average attention to detail, thorough cleaning, professional and pleasant crew. I have a 980sf 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment. It takes a crew of four 1/2 hour to clean my place, and I always straighten up and clear clutter before they arrive. Cleaning performance can be inconsistent, as staffing is inconsistent, but I'm sure that's true of any cleaning service. Ben Becht is good to work with, and quickly responsive to requests for changes to schedule.

Description of Work: Becht Pride Cleaning Services is just as good as Molly Maid or Merry Maids (which I've used for over 14 years) except their price is better! I'm saving $25.00 per cleaning! Of course no cleaning service is perfect. On the last cleaning one of the cleaners left a john clogged without telling me. It wasn't clogged before they came. Also,even though I demonstrated how to make "hospital corners" when making the beds, none of their girls seem to get it. However, none of the chain cleaning services are able to do this either. Martha Stewart & my mom would not be happy but it's just a detail. Overall, they did a good job.
