Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in 3 rooms and hallway. Removed pet stains. Carpet looks great. Stains I could not remove, they got put. Guy was super nice and explained very well what he could and could not do.

Description of Work: Cleaning provided as ad |described but several of theslats in my plantation shutters were damaged during the cleaning process. I think too much pressure may be used because the slats were no longer attached to the main center support . I did not notice this during the quick walk thru w/the leader. Just rec'd survey from the co so will include this Also the cleaning person for the bedrooms was popping her gum while working & did not appear professional to me in that regard. I will stay with the cleaning ladies I have instead.

Description of Work: I bought a Big Deal from this company. The owner was very quick to respond to my many questions. We have recently replaced the floors in the main areas of our house. Description of Work: We were trying to have my father's house cleaned he was to be taken to lunch while the cleaning was to be done. I had set appt for 10am-2pm when I talked to the office person that morning I ask that they come after 9:30.They showed up at 9:10 my father was still there and refused the service. Now we can't get him to leave the house because he does not want the cleaning done. So now we don't need the service.

The customer set the appointment for 9-12 arrival. We called her the morning of with a more precise ETA. She then said after 9:30. We waited until 9:30 then knocked of the door. The person answering the door said that they didn't need service. We explained to him that his daughter set it up for him. He then proceeded to show us his shot gun and tell us to get the bleep off his property. For our safety we nor any other service provider should go to this home.
