They did a good job. They worked quickly and had a good eye for detail.

Very good. I will be calling them very soon. Three of them came, with all the cleaning tools, all their vacuums. They didn't use anything of mine. They were here for 2 to 2 and half hours max. They did the upstairs and downstairs. I have solid wood floors. They came in and had no problems cleaning them. My floor looks good. They made my stainless steel sink looks good.They got the right product. They got the right knowledge. They got the right training. They had a lot of stamina. They were done in less than 2 and half hours and was very impressed. I am going to call them again.

There were no additional fees. They should do it on the day they were supposed to do it. It was a good deal. The work was fine. There was a mix up as far as when they were supposed to be there and how to get in contact with them. There was no communication between the office and the cleaners.

They were terrible. He did a bad job. It was very negative in the sense you know when I called I asked them if they did construction cleaning because after we remodeled and it wasn't a hard job because it is a small house they said yes they do so they sent four women and I could not believe how horrible. It was just dusty. They missed doors. They didn't clean doors. It was really really bad. There was just dust everywhere. I told them to wash the windows again it is a small and there are not lot of windows and the windows were just worse, it just seem like they smeared and I had to go over and do it myself. There was saw dust in the doors. I mean it was very very bad. They came on the day we scheduled. I would never use them again.

I've had Becht out a handful of times...sometimes it is GREAT and sometimes so so...just depends on the crew. Overall good value, just a little inconsistent.

They were very easy to schedule and arrived during the appointment window. They did a great job cleaning my kitchen and bathrooms. They were able to complete all of the Items on my cleaning list within the 4 hours.

Horrible. They actually had a problem with you all and your billing department but we kept trying to tell them and they didn't want to be bothered with you all so they sent us nasty letters and threatened us.

Showed up promptly with all needed supplies, reviewed with us what we wanted to focus on. Worked efficiently and did a great job. This is the second time we have used this service and are very satisfied.

They cleaned our home. We had used them in the Spring and they did a fantastic job! This time, they didn't seem to pay as much attention to detail - specifically in the bathrooms where the vanities were not wiped down. Overall, they did a good job and did discount their visit since we had used them before.

The worst co to be hired. Can not communicate with them. send 3 emails and 3 different answers. once they came, 3 women came, one was pregnant, they did not do a good job so I just let them go.

Did not meet satisfaction. Dusting was not completed and the cleaning of the floors did not meet expectations. Paid $399 for work that was not completed. Had to guide them at various times during the cleaning process I have left three messages and no one has returned a call.

It went well. Completed the dusting, sweeping, mopping, kitchen and bathrooms. Had a lot of junk sitting around. They did not move everything to get behind everything. It would have been taken longer if they did and would not have completed the more important stuff. They had to reschedule original appointment to the next day which didn't cause a major problem to me.

They did a good job overall. I was here everytime I have used them and I was able to point out what I needed done. Cleaners were very nice people to do business with.

The girls did really well in the time they had to clean. I hired them to come every 2 weeks.

I just had three girls from Becht Pride Cleaning Services at my house. They were very thorough, and did a great job. They were professional and made sure everything was complete before they left. I would definitely recommend this service.

I've used the company three times. They do good work but each time a few more items are missed. The top item on my priority list was only half completed. And the bathroom floor still had dirt in the corners by the shower and wall. Didn't smell quite as clean. I think I need to be more proactive by being at the house when they arrive to point out my needs. They work quick are fast to respond to messages. Will continue to use them.

Perfect, arrived on time got straight to work and was able to complete everything on the list in the purchased time. It was a huge checklist off the todo list. The 4 bathrooms and kitchen were cleaned better than we would of cleaned them.

I have had a couple of problems with the housecleaning. I had them come out three or four times. The price isn't bad. I was happy with them at the beginning, but the more they came out they just kind of slacked off. If they would have been more consistent with who they sent out it would have been, probably, fine I liked the first couple of people they sent out, but they always sent new people. They could have been more consistent with their work.

Cleaned 2.5 bathrooms, dusted and vacuumed whole house; dusted trim on stairway; washed hardwood floors. 3 cleaners knocked it out in about 1.5 hours. Nice crew and were on time. I had three young kids, including a new born, and they were very accommodating/sensitive to noise.

It was a little trick to schedule but owner Benjamin Becht went above and beyond to schedule me. Because they could not meet me before work or lunch, we agreed I'd leave the key under the mat (where no burglar would ever find it). They came and cleaned but forgot a couple things I left on the list. I wrote Benjamin and he agreed to dispatch them back out. Usually companies would give me some beef about that, but not him. He really had a customer is first attitude and explained that sometimes on a first clean the crew can't get as much done as an owner can. I understood, but he went the extra mile anyway. He sent the crew back to touch up the things that didn't get done and I left a tip on the dining room table. I am going to use this service monthly and appreciate the owners 'service first' mindset.

It went very well. I had paid for four hours of professional cleaning. They sent four people for 1 hour of cleaning. People were very nice as well.
