Description of Work: The cleaning was not up to my standards or anyone's I would guess. I had to reclean the entire house except for the master bath. The kitchen and entry floors were still dirty. Dust on all furniture in master bedroom. I took off All items on all furniture so they would be able to clean more easily so there was no excuse. Cupboards in kitchen dirty. None of the baseboards were dusted. Cobwebs in corners of all bedrooms, particularly the master. Great room looked as if no vacuum had been run. I told them to use my vacuum. They didn't. I tipped without looking at the job and I am so sorry I did. If this is "standard" for a special cleaning deal through Angie's List, |buyer beware. I am still so angry about this service, it has taken me this long to write a review. | |It also concerns me greatly that the leader of this particular team mentioned they often do 6-8 houses a day. Is this standard for a four person team, to get in and out of 8 houses a day, without doing an honest job? | |I have had cleaning teams for over 35 years in three states, and I have never had a team do such an inadequate job.

Description of Work: We took the opportunity to hire this group through an Angie's List deal. 4 people cleaned our entire house (3 BR, 1.5 BA) in 1 hour, and they did an impeccable job. Very professional and friendly. Handled all of our priority areas and brought all of their own equipment. We would definitely hire them again.

Description of Work: The provided four hours of general housecleaning. They were efficient and quiet and punctual, but the quality of the cleaning was less than I expected. I specified priority areas (bathroom, kitchen) but the floors were not very clean and I'm sure the bathroom floor was never even mopped, or if it was, is was very superficial. The house did not smell clean when they finished - it smelled like it had been cleaned, but it did not smell "clean." They were nice and professional in demeanor, but the job was not up to par.

Description of Work: The team cleaned my entire house (8 rooms + 2.5 baths) in the time they were here. They were very thorough and efficient. Did a great job.

Description of Work: They did show up early... but the cleaning was not very detailed. 4 people came for one hour and did a light cleaning of a few rooms. I was not home when they arrived (my husband was) but I could not even tell if they did one of the bathrooms or not (they were supposed to). It was the quality you would expect if you asked your teenagers to clean. I was expecting a much better job. This was not 4 hours or $100 worth of work.
