Description of Work: The house was an empty rental that needed to be cleaned up. The electricity had to be turned on before the cleaning could be done and we had overlooked this. Becht was understanding although they had actually gone to the house to begin the cleaning. They worked with us for a week until there was power and did a very nice job on all of the requested areas we needed cleaned.

Description of Work: I bought a coupon on LivingSocial for a trial cleaning. The coupon said for 4 hours of cleaning, but I did not see (or maybe missed the specifics) on hours of cleaning per size of the house. When the cleaners arrived, they said they could only clean for 2 hours based on the size of the house and to quickly prioritize what I would like cleaned. It all felt very rushed, but they did a pretty good job at what they could accomplish. Overall, I would use them again with thorough communications about time and expectations.

Description of Work: We had a an issue with scheduling they went to the wrong house initially so ended up having to reschedule but they were very apologetic got me in right away the next morning. The did a good job cleaning got a lot done for the price. However was a little disappointed they didn't clean the glass on the front and back door. But maybe this is something I needed to specifically request and I didnt. Overall was pleased with the service and would hire them again.
