Description of Work: They did basic cleaning. I thought they did a great job considering the time allotted. They were efficient and friendly. Though they were late arriving, I understood because it was a busy season. I was very happy they showed up! I was sorry to had called in a complaint earlier, because they turned out to be reputable, and I plan to use them again. I hope to get the same team of girls as well.

Description of Work: Becht cleans our house every 4 weeks. The 3 or 4 ladies including a supervisor work very hard - no breaks for cell phone calls, snacks, drinks or smokes! They are professional, respect my home & ask questions if they are unsure of a procedure. They'll do any extra cleaning e.g. the porch or upstairs. Very good service!

Description of Work: A true professional service would not ask every two minute what we would like done next. They would come in with a plan and ask if there are any variations we would like to make. It was a little annoying. They were very nice, but we felt like they wanted to leave. If your going to provide a price leading service, be professional and prepared.
