Description of Work: I've used Bechtel for several years. The crew of 3 or 4 ladies is in and out of my apartment in half an hour, but do a thorough job in that time. They dust, vacuum, clean bathroom and kitchen including floors. In summertime, they vacuum my screened-in porch. They put clean linens on the bed when requested. They take the trash and recycling out when they leave. I'm happy with them.

Description of Work: After getting the deal on Angie's list, I was happy with their service so I hired them. I have been utilizing Becht's services ever since. The cost is more than fair for the work done in my home. It only varies when I need the basement done in addition to the other 2 levels. They are always prompt to return emails and/or calls. Very accommodating when I have had additional cleaning services needed before events. This is the longest I have kept the same cleaning service. Most times a company will send the same person every time but the quality of work inevitably declined. This has not been the case with Becht. They work in teams and all of my requests are communicated with any team doing my home. I am given a check list of all completed tasks. I would highly recommend Becht.

Description of Work: I bought the $99.00 for 4 hours of cleaning deal. There was mis-communication between the office staff from one day to the next and my phone number was not passed along so the original time frame for cleaning was missed. They did, however, come later in the day. The crew of 3 were nice and got right to work. I wouldn't say it was the best cleaning I've ever had but it wasn't the worst either. Spots were missed when vacuuming and dusting but the bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. Probably will not use again.
