Description of Work: I bought the Big Deal as a gift for my sister. The first time she scheduled them, they gave her a 3 to 4 hour block of time that they would arrive and when it was an hour past the end of the block of time, she cancelled that apt. She finally rescheduled with them recently and felt the work was done adequately. My sister reports that not having a specific time to expect arrival was not convenient for her schedule.

Description of Work: They sent 4 untrained, uncoordinated and non performing maids to clean our house. They could get very little accomplished and the overall quality of work was very poor. I had to mop my wooden floor by myself as soon as they left.

Description of Work: I had signed up through Angie’s List for the $149 Six Hour Housecleaning. In Message conversations we concluded that I needed help moving furniture in order to clean under and around it. They advised me that their insurance does not cover their people moving furniture. Since that was the major part of the job I needed to have done, we agreed to discontinue the conversation and that I would apply to Angie’s List for a refund. Whoever my Message conversation was with was very courteous and informative. The service was not completed and I didn’t spend any money. I would anticipate contacting them again in the future after I get this furniture moving experience settled by calling in my sons and grandsons to help me move furniture.
